Judhajit Bagchi and Ranadeep Bhattacharyya are Indian film director, producer and screenwriter duo. In 2019 their short film Children of the Soil [1] have won the 66th National Film Awards in Best Audiography. [2] [3] [4] They have directed and produced the film Amen (2010) inspired from the life of the human right activist Harish Iyer. [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] In 2011 Amen was selected as the only Indian film on the Iris Prize, also known as the 'gay Oscars', [20] list of 30 top LGBT films from across the globe. In 2015 and 2016, they have won the Cannes Corporate media and TV award [23] and the International Business Award (Stevie Award). [24] They are the first and only Indian filmmakers to win these awards in consecutive years. [25] [26] [27] [28] [29] [30]

Namo Bhootatma is a 2014 Kannada horror comedy film directed by Murali in his debut. The film was a remake of the 2014 Tamil film Yaamirukka Bayamey, which itself was based on the Korean movie The Quiet Family. It stars Komal Kumar, Iswarya Menon, Anaswara Kumar, Gayathri Iyer, and Harish Raj in the lead roles. Telugu comedian Ali made his second Kannada movie with this film. It's also dubbed in Hindi with the same name.

Basabdatta Chatterjee is a Bengali actress who mainly works in Bengali television serials. She made her debut in the popular soap Gaaner Oparey directed by Rituparno Ghosh.
