Judith Kaufmann (born 20 September 1962) is a German cinematographer.
Judith Kaufmann was born in Stuttgart, West Germany in 1962. But after moving with her family grew up in West Berlin. After graduating from the National College of Optics and Photographer in Berlin, she apprenticed as a photographer.
Kaufmann worked in film as a camera assistant under Konrad Kotowski, Thomas Mauch, Gernot Roll, and Raoul Coutard. Since 1982 Kaufmann focused on film, and in 1991 became chief cinematographer.

Robert L. Surtees was an American cinematographer who won three Academy Awards for the films King Solomon's Mines, The Bad and the Beautiful and the 1959 version of Ben-Hur. Surtees worked at various studios, including Universal, UFA, Warner Brothers, and MGM, lighting for notable directors Howard Hawks, Mike Nichols, and William Wyler, gaining him a reputation as one of the most versatile cinematographers of his time.

Whity is a 1971 West German film, written and directed by Rainer Werner Fassbinder and starring Günther Kaufmann and Hanna Schygulla. Shot in Spain, it is a melodrama in the form of a Spaghetti Western which addresses some of Fassbinder's recurrent themes such as dysfunctional families, sexual diversity and the struggle of the individual to find a place in society. Though entered into the 21st Berlin International Film Festival, it was never distributed theatrically and only much later achieved a DVD release.
Albert Knox Dawson was an American photojournalist and film correspondent who covered World War I with the German, Austro-Hungarian and Bulgarian Armies.
Georg Muschner was a German cinematographer. He worked on over sixty productions during his career in the Weimar Republic, Austria, and Nazi Germany. Muschner originally worked as a portrait photographer, before entering the film industry during the silent era. He worked on several Harry Piel films, including His Greatest Bluff. During the 1930s he often worked with the director Johann Alexander Hübler-Kahla.
Richard Angst was a Swiss cinematographer who worked on more than ninety films during his career, most of them in Germany. Angst emerged as a leading photographer of mountain films during the silent era. He often worked with the director Arnold Fanck, and accompanied him in 1937 for The New Earth his troubled 1937 co-production with Japan. While he worked on some Nazi propaganda films such as My Life for Ireland, many of the films he was employed on during the era were less political.

Nelson Elisha Edwards was one of the first newsreel cameramen in American film history. From 1914 he filmed for Hearst’s International News Service. Edwards filmed the Turkish and German side of World War I.
