Judy is the debut studio album of American country music artist. Judy Rodman. It was released by MTM Records in 1986. The album contained five singles that were released between 1985 and 1986, including the number one hit "Until I Met You."
After signing with MTM Records in 1985, Rodman released her first three singles between 1985 and 1986. It wasn't until 1986, when Rodman's fourth single, "Until I Met You" became a major hit (reaching #1 on the Hot Country Songs chart) that MTM released this debut album. It contains the four singles issued by Rodman between 1985 and 1986, including "Until I Met You." In addition, a fifth single was spawned from the album, "She Thinks That's She'll Marry", which placed in the Country Top 10 in 1987. "Come Next Monday" was later a Number One hit in 1990 for K.T. Oslin, who co-wrote it.
The album received a positive review from Allmusic, giving the album four out of five stars. [1] Judy peaked at #23 on Top Country Albums chart after it release in 1986; it was her highest-peaking album on that chart. [2]

Kay Toinette Oslin, known professionally as K. T. Oslin, was an American country music singer–songwriter. She had several years of major commercial success in the late 1980s after signing a record deal at age 45. Oslin had four number one hits and placed additional singles on the Billboard country chart during that timespan; in addition, she won three Grammy Awards and is an inductee of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Restless Heart is an American country music band established in 1984. The band's longest-lasting lineup has consisted of Larry Stewart, John Dittrich, Paul Gregg, Dave Innis, and Greg Jennings. Record producer Tim DuBois assembled the band to record demos and chose Verlon Thompson as the original lead singer, but he was replaced by Stewart in this role before the band had recorded any material. Between 1984 and 1998, Restless Heart recorded for RCA Records Nashville, releasing the albums Restless Heart, Wheels, Big Dreams in a Small Town, Fast Movin' Train, Big Iron Horses, and Matters of the Heart. Stewart left for a solo career before Big Iron Horses, which resulted in Dittrich, Innis, and Gregg alternating as lead vocalists in his absence. Innis also departed before Matters of the Heart, and the band ultimately went on hiatus from 1994 to 1998. During this time, Jennings became a member of Vince Gill's road band, and Dittrich recorded one album in The Buffalo Club. Outside a brief reunion for new tracks on a Greatest Hits album in 1998, the band remained inactive until 2002, when Dittrich, Gregg, Innis, Jennings, and Stewart resumed touring. Two years later, they issued Still Restless on Audium Entertainment.
Fire to Fire is an album released in 1995 by American country singer Tanya Tucker. It produced the singles "Between the Two of Them" and "Find Out What's Happenin'", both of which charted on the Hot Country Songs charts, at #27 and #40 respectively. "I'll Take Today" was later recorded by Ty England on his 1996 album Two Ways to Fall, and in 1998 by Gary Allan on his album It Would Be You; Allan's rendition was released as a single in 1998. The song "Nobody Dies from a Broken Heart" was also covered by country singer Reba McEntire for her 2000 release, So Good Together. "Find Out What's Happenin'" was originally recorded by Bobby Bare in 1968, Barbara Fairchild in 1970, and Pearl River on their 1993 debut album of the same name. "I'll Take the Memories" was originally recorded by Lorrie Morgan on her 1989 album, Leave the Light On.
Holly Suzette Dunn was an American country music singer and songwriter. Dunn recorded for MTM Records between 1985 and 1988, Warner Bros. Records between 1988 and 1993, and River North Records between 1995 and 1997. She released 10 albums and charted 19 singles, plus two duets on the Hot Country Songs charts. Two of her single releases, "Are You Ever Gonna Love Me" and "You Really Had Me Going", went to No. 1 on that chart. Other songs for which she is known include "Daddy's Hands" and "Maybe I Mean Yes". Dunn's brother, Chris Waters, is a songwriter and record producer, having worked with both his sister and other artists in these capacities. Dunn retired from music in 2003, and died of ovarian cancer in 2016.
