Julia Gutierrez (born 13 September 2007) is a Mexican rhythmic gymnast, member of the national senior group. [1] She's a Pan American multiple medalist.
Julia was incorporated into the senior group in 2023, debuting at the World Cup in Portimão taking 7th place in the All-Around and 5th with 5 hoops. [2] In June she won All-Around, 5 hoops and 3 ribbons & 2 balls' silver at the Pan American Championships in Guadalajara. [3] [4] In July she won 3 golds at the Central American and Caribbean Games. [5] [6] [7] Later the group was 8th in the All-Around and 7th with 3 ribbons & 2 balls in Cluj-Napoca. [8] A week after they were 13th in the All-Around at the stage in Milan. [9] Selected for the World Championships in Valencia along Dalia Alcocer, Sofia Flores, Kimberly Salazar, Adirem Tejeda and Karen Villanueva, taking 14th place in the All-Around, 14th with 5 hoops and 8th with 3 ribbons & 2 balls. [10] In November the group won silver in all three events at the Pan American Games, where they also obtained Mexico's first group Olympic spot being the top placed nation non already qualified for Paris 2024. Lili Mizuno is an American rhythmic gymnast. She is the Pan American Championships 2021 Group All-around bronze medalist and 2017 All-around silver medalist. She competed in the group all-around at the 2020 Summer Olympics, finishing eleventh in qualification.
Shani Bakanov is an Israeli rhythmic gymnast. She won gold in the group All-Around at the 2022 European Championship and silver in the same category at the 2022 World Championships.
