Boisselier was born and raised in Nantes before moving to Paris to study comedy at Le Cours Florent. He dated acclaimed French actress Mélanie Laurent, though the two ended their relationship in February 2009. She dedicated her 2006 César Award for Most Promising Actress to him, which she won for Je vais bien, ne t'en fais pas .

Gilles Vigneault is a Canadian poet, publisher, singer-songwriter, and Quebec nationalist and sovereigntist. "Le bon roi Dagobert" is a French satirical anti-monarchical and anti-clerical song written around 1787. It references two historical figures: the Merovingian king Dagobert I and his chief advisor, Saint Eligius (Éloi), the bishop of Noyon. The song is directed against Louis XVI and the ties maintained by the Catholic Church with the Ancien Régime, but it was used more broadly against monarchies in French history.
L'amour parfait is the debut album of French singer Cali, released on August 19, 2003. The album was dedicated to Franck Vanderbergh. All songs are written and sung by Cali with the help of Hugues Baretege, Henri Serra, and Gilles Taillade on the song "Différent".
