Julius Monzi Muia (born c. 1960), often referred to as Julius Muia, is a Kenyan accountant and financial expert, who serves as the Principal Secretary in the Kenyan Ministry of Finance, since 24 July 2019. [1] Before he was appointed to his current position, he served as the Principal Secretary in the State Department for Planning. [2]
Muia was born in Kenya circa 1960s. He graduated from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance, awarded by the same institution. [1] [3] He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Public Secretary. [4]
In addition to his responsibilities as a public servant, he is a member of the teaching faculty as Strathmore Business School, in Nairobi, Kenya's capital city. [1] His expertise in Kenya's public finances, stretches back approximately thirty years. In 2016, President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed him as the director general mandated to drive Kenya towards the realization of Vision 2030. He was transferred to the Finance Ministry on 24 July 2019, to replace Kamau Thugge, who was interdicted on corruption charges. [1] [2] [3]

Aden Duale for the position of majority leader of the National Assembly.

John Njoroge Michuki was a Kenyan politician and businessman. He was born at Muguru, village, Iyego Location, Kangema Division in Murang’a District. He was educated in Kenya and abroad. Michuki emerged as one of the prominent and long-serving civil servants and politicians as well as a businessman in Kenya. Michuki served Kenya in various capacities, including Permanent Secretary in the Finance Ministry, Chairman of the Kenya Commercial Bank, Member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister. He was serving his 4th five-year term as a Member of Parliament for Kangema Constituency. Michuki had a reputation as a "ruthless" and efficient manager, and was widely acknowledged as among the best performing ministers in President Kibaki's Government. He was serving as the Minister for Environment and National Resources at the time of his death.
Hon. Mutahi Kagwe is the former cabinet secretary for Health in the Republic of Kenya. He assumed office on 28 February 2020 after the docket was handed over to him by the previous cabinet secretary for Health, Sicily Kariuki. He hit the airwaves at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic when the first case was confirmed in Nairobi on 12 March 2020 following the outbreak in Wuhan, China in December 2019. As the pandemic intensified, the government of Kenya imposed lockdowns in the virus hotspot areas, dusk-to-dawn curfews, travel bans, and other restrictions to try to contain the spread of COVID-19. He was succeeded by Susan Nakhumicha Wafula on 31 October 2022.

Samuel Kisakye Sejjaaka is a Ugandan accountant, academic and businessman. He is Principal and Country Team Leader at MAT ABACUS Business School. Between 1993 and 2014, he lectured at Uganda's oldest tertiary institution, Makerere University and rose to the position of Deputy Principal. She was appointed on 15 May 2020, for a three-year term.

She is presently the Principal Secretary State Department Of Broadcasting And Telecommunication, Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs following her appointment by former president Uhuru Kenyatta in January 2020 .
