Junior Tiensia (born 25 December 2000) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left back for EFL League Two club Barrow. [1]

Career

Tiensia began his career at Millwall, spending time on loan at Havant & Waterlooville, Sutton United, Dover Athletic and Dartford. [2] [3] [4] After playing for Gloucester City and Solihull Moors, [5] he signed for Barrow in May 2023. [2] [6]
