Justin Herwick (born June 27, 1970) is an American former actor. He is best known for his role as Jackson in Everett Lewis's 2002 film Luster . [1] [2]
Herwick and actress Nicole Eggert have a daughter together, born in 1998. [3] In a 2014 interview, Eggert mentioned that they were never married despite internet rumors to the contrary. [4]

Luster is a 2002 American drama film written and directed by Everett Lewis. The film is about a weekend in the lives of a group of friends in the Los Angeles queer punk scene. Lewis sought to "infuse queerness" into the film as much as he could, so he cast a number of non-heterosexual actors and used music by a number of queer punk bands. Eggert says in real life she's never been married, though she has two children. Biographies on the Internet insist that she was wed to Justin Herwick. Not so, she says. "Yeah, never married. And we look at each other, because we're still friends to this day, and we're like, 'What?' And where did they come up with the date (of the wedding)? It was, like, way after my daughter was born. I don't know. I don't know where they come up with this stuff, honestly." She says she's tried to inform them that the information is wrong, but they constantly tell her incorrect.
