Human Giant is a sketch comedy show starring writer/performers Aziz Ansari, Rob Huebel, and Paul Scheer, and directed primarily by Jason Woliner. The show ran for two seasons on MTV. In 2008, the group was offered a third season and was reportedly developing a feature film with Red Hour Productions, but these projects did not transpire due to Ansari's commitments to starring in the NBC show Parks and Recreation. Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li is a 2009 American martial arts action film based upon the Street Fighter video game series produced by Capcom. Directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak from a screenplay written by Justin Marks, the film serves as a non-canonical spin-off and theatrical tie-in to Street Fighter IV (2008). The story follows the quest of Street Fighter character Chun-Li, played by Kristin Kreuk, before the events of the original Street Fighter. The film co-stars Neal McDonough as M. Rent: Filmed Live on Broadway is a 2008 film of the final performance of the original Broadway production of the musical Rent on September 7, 2008, with some footage of the closing night celebration. The film had a limited theatrical release between September 24 and 28, 2008, in more than 500 theaters with high definition digital projection systems in the US and Canada. According to Sony Pictures Releasing President Rory Bruer, it was the first live Broadway show to be available in major North American movie theaters. The 2010 Texas Rangers season was the 50th of the Texas Rangers franchise overall, their 39th in Arlington as the Rangers, and the 17th season at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. The team, managed by Ron Washington, won their first American League West title since 1999 and finally won a playoff series, taking longer than any other North American professional sports franchise to accomplish the feat and making them the last of the 30 MLB clubs to advance past the division series. Washington would become only the second manager in franchise history to lead the Rangers to the post season and the first to ever win a post season series. They would win the American League pennant by defeating the defending World Series champions, the New York Yankees, in six games in the ALCS. Additionally, the film occasionally follows Scrat, a speechless "saber-toothed squirrel" (Wedge), who is perpetually searching for a place in the ground to bury his acorn.
