Jynine James (born Janine Bellis; 30 March 1972) [1] is a Welsh actress and singer.
Born in Wrexham, North Wales, James is a former convent schoolgirl who became a photographic model in the early 1990s working for corporate companies such as Contessa and Chris Evans Photography, in a rebellious stand from her strict schooling. By 1992, she obtained recording contract and the release of a number of singles and an album. During the 1990s, she worked and recorded with musicians Paul Burgess on percussion (10cc and Icicle Works), Tim Sanders vocalist and songwriter (The City Zones), Steve Millington keyboards and songwriter (Kes) and guitarist Peter Frampton. Both Burgess and Frampton appeared on her first single release "No Reason" issued both on 7-inch single, as a limited issue and CD single format by Fast Tracks Records in 1993. James's studio recorded album followed and despite the pedigree of the performers featured on the recordings it failed to make any significant impression on the UK record charts. She has appeared on TV and in films both in the UK and US After a long professional association with the Carry On film production team, James attended a number of promotional events, radio and TV interviews in an attempt to promote and raise the profile of a new proposed film Carry On London . She was not only signed to appear in the film but also supply some of the music for the film's soundtrack. However, due to the death of Carry On film producer Peter Rogers this now seems unlikely to go into full production.
James has also appeared with Phil Daniels in the Sara Sugarman 2012 (2013 in the UK) film Vinyl , the Tim Burton film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory , and the BAFTA-nominated BBC Three reality TV series Little Angels .
In 2010, reissued and remixed versions of Jynine James's singles "No Reason" and "When I Dream" were released worldwide for the first time on digital download. This led to new music recordings and the release of further material including the haunting 'Past Shadows'.
In 2017, James played the role of Magistrate in the award-winning feature film, Is this Now, directed by Joe Scott, and also appeared in a number of promotional videos for a children's cancer charity.

Crowded House are a New Zealand–Australian rock band, formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 1985. Later band members included Finn's brother Tim, who was in their former band Split Enz; sons Liam and Elroy; as well as Americans Mark Hart and Matt Sherrod. Peter Kenneth Frampton is an English-American guitarist, singer, and songwriter who rose to prominence as a member of the rock bands the Herd and Humble Pie. Later in his career, Frampton found significant success as a solo artist. He has released several albums, including his breakthrough album, the live recording Frampton Comes Alive! (1976), which spawned several hit singles and has been certified 8× Platinum by the RIAA in the United States. He has also worked with various other acts such as Ringo Starr, John Entwistle of the Who, David Bowie, Joe Bonamassa, and both Matt Cameron and Mike McCready of Pearl Jam.
T'Pau are an English pop group formed in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, led by singer Carol Decker. They had a string of top 40 hits in the UK during the late 1980s and early 1990s, most notably "China in Your Hand", "Heart and Soul" and "Valentine", and several hits in the rest of Europe, before disbanding in 1992. Decker still performs under the name T'Pau at solo shows and 1980s nostalgia concerts, and in 2013 she reunited with original band member and co-songwriter Ronnie Rogers for a 25th-anniversary UK tour.

Marcella Levy, known professionally as Marcy Levy and Marcella Detroit, is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist. Detroit sang the lead vocals on their biggest hit, "Stay", which spent eight consecutive weeks at number one on the UK Singles Chart in 1992. Detroit left the band in 1993 and had a UK top 20 hit with "I Believe" in 1994. She formed the Marcy Levy Band in 2002, and finished third in the 2010 ITV series Popstar to Operastar.

"The Boxer" is a song recorded by English electronic music duo the Chemical Brothers for their fifth studio album Push the Button (2005). It served as the album's third single in the United Kingdom and Europe, released by Virgin Records and Freestyle Dust, and as the second single in the United States via Astralwerks. The song is a psychedelic pop track which features The Charlatans' lead singer Tim Burgess on vocals and as a co-writer. This is the second collaboration between Burgess and the duo, following "Life is Sweet", which was released 10 years earlier.
Euphoria were an Australian dance-pop trio formed in 1991. They were founded by producer and songwriter Andrew Klippel on keyboards and backing vocals with lead vocals and dancing by Holly Garnett and Keren Minshull. Euphoria had two number-one hits on the ARIA Singles Chart, "Love You Right" and "One in a Million". Their third single, "Do for You", peaked at No. 7. Their sole album, Total Euphoria, reached No. 14 on the related ARIA Albums Chart. Model Jodhi Meares replaced Garnett after she left in 1992. The group disbanded in mid-1993. Holly Garnett died by suicide in October 1998, aged 29.
JulianneRegan is an English/Irish singer, songwriter, and musician. She achieved success in the late 1980s and early 1990s having formed the band All About Eve. Her major role in the band was as lead singer and songwriter. AllMusic describes Regan as "certainly one of the more talented singers of the late eighties British goth rock scene".

They are today best known as being the initial recording vehicle for future Tears for Fears members Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith, who found international fame in the 1980s and 1990s.

Written on piano, it has become a standard for artists in many music styles, and has become popular as Christmas music. Although never released as a single, "River" holds second place among Mitchell's songs most recorded by other artists. In 2021, it was ranked at No. 247 on Rolling Stone's "Top 500 Best Songs of All Time".

Sandra Ann Goodrich, known by her stage name Sandie Shaw, is a retired English pop singer. One of the most successful British female singers of the 1960s, she had three UK number one singles with "(There's) Always Something There to Remind Me" (1964), "Long Live Love" (1965) and "Puppet on a String" (1967). With the latter, she became the first British entry to win the Eurovision Song Contest. She returned to the UK Top 40, for the first time in 15 years, with her 1984 cover of the Smiths song "Hand in Glove". Shaw retired from the music industry in 2013.
American actress Traci Lords has released one studio album, one extended play, one compilation album, three singles, three promotional singles and four music videos. She began recording her first demo songs in 1989. After singing in the teen musical comedy Cry-Baby (1990), Lords got signed for a development deal with Capitol Records. She was then asked to sing on the song "Little Baby Nothing" from Manic Street Preachers' debut album Generation Terrorists (1992). Lords was later dropped due to disagreements between her and the label and after meeting with American DJ Rodney Bingenheimer at a birthday party, she was recommended to Jeff Jacklin, who hired her to record the song "Love Never Dies" for the 1992 film Pet Sematary Two. The producer of the soundtrack, Gary Kurfirst, signed her for a development deal with his label Radioactive Records.
