KF Adriatiku Mamurras was an Albanian football club based in the city of Mamurras. The club's home ground was the Mamurras Stadium and they competed in the Albanian Second Division on their last season.
The club was founded in the late 1940s under the name Mamurrasi, which was changed to Vëllazerimi in 1991. The club was renamed to Adriatiku Mamurras in 2008.

Kastrioti and Tirana were promoted to the 2018–19 Kategoria Superiore. Naftëtari, Shkumbini, Tërbuni, Vllaznia B were relegated to the 2018−19 Kategoria e Dytë. Tirana won their first Kategoria e Parë title on 16 May 2018 after beating Kastrioti in the final match.

Elbasani, Oriku, Veleçiku and Vora were promoted to the 2018-19 Kategoria e Parë. Domozdova was relegated to the 2019 Kategoria e Tretë. Vora won their first Kategoria e Dytë title after beating Elbasani in the final match.
