The European Handball Federation (EHF) is the umbrella organisation for European handball. Founded on 17 November 1991, it is made of 50 member federations and two associated federations, and is headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
Vushtrri or Vučitrn is a city and municipality located in the Mitrovica District in northern Kosovo. According to the 2011 census, the town of Vushtrri has 26,964 inhabitants, while the municipality has 69,870 inhabitants. Vushtrri is surrounded by the city of Mitrovica to the north, Podujevo in the east, Obiliq in the south, Drenas in the south-west, and Skenderaj in the west. The municipality of Vushtrri has 67 villages.

Klubi Futbollistik Shqiponja Pejë is a professional football club from Kosovo which competes in the Third League. The club is based in Peć, Kosovo. The club was founded in 1999.
The 2007–08 Football Superleague of Kosovo season, also known as the Raiffeisen Superleague of Kosovo for sponsorship reasons with Raiffeisen The campaign began on 25 August 2007, and ended on 1 June 2008. Raiffeisen Superliga season 2007–08 was organized by the Football Federation of Kosovo and the division had a 16-team format. The clubs play each other twice during the season for a 30-match schedule. At the end of the season, the bottom three teams in the division were relegated to the second division of football in Kosovo, First Football League of Kosovo.
