Kaarle Tapper (born 19 September 1995) is a Finnish competitive sailor. He competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, in the men's Laser class. [1]

He has qualified to represent Finland at the 2020 Summer Olympics. [2] [3]

Originally scheduled to take place from 24 July to 9 August 2020, the Games were postponed to 23 July to 8 August 2021, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Finnish athletes have appeared in every edition of the Summer Olympic Games since the nation's official debut in 1908.
