Kai Restaurant is a Forbes Travel Guide 5-star restaurant in Chandler, Arizona. [1] It specializes in native regional cuisine of central Arizona with locally sourced heirloom ingredients, sometimes from the Gila River Indian Reservation. The menu is influenced by local Maricopa and Pima culture. [2]

Since its founding, Guadalupe has been known as a center of Yaqui culture, and it is home to many religious festivals. Nestled between Phoenix and Tempe, the 2020 census listed the population of the town as 5,322. Guadalupe was founded around 1900 by Yaqui Indians, who fled their homeland in Sonora to avoid oppression by the Mexican government of Porfirio Díaz. The cemetery of Guadalupe was established in 1904, in the original townsite. The cemetery is now officially located in Tempe, due to that city's annexation of the land surrounding the cemetery; however, it is still administered by the Guadalupe Clerk's Office. Guadalupe is primarily a residential area; most residents commute to other parts of the Phoenix area to work.

Organ Stop Pizza is a restaurant located in Mesa, Arizona. It is known for being the home of what it says is the largest Wurlitzer theatre organ in the world. The organ is played 363 days a year, with private groups before opening hours, making it the most played organ in the world. The organ is powered by three Spencer turbine blowers, spinning at 1800 RPM with a combined 60HP, moving 10,000 cubic feet of air. The Wurlitzer has more than 6,000 pipes. The largest pipes are 32 feet long and could fit four people inside. The core of the Wurlitzer pipe organ at Organ Stop Pizza was built for the Denver Theatre in Denver, Colorado, and was installed in 1927 for silent movies. It saw service there until the 1930s. The organ was rebuilt in 1975 for the Mesa Organ Stop Pizza location. The Wurlitzer was later expanded to include pieces from other Wurlitzers.
