Kalki Kannada TV was a Kannada-language 24/7 General Entertainment television channel, owned by White Horse Network Services Private Limited (WHN). The channel went on air officially on Karnataka Rajyotsava day, 1 November. The channel claimed to have all its programs in HD quality and that it offers completely original shows with no remakes from any other shows of any language. [1] [2] [3] [4]

Vishnuvardhan (actor) Indian actor (born 1950)

Sampath Kumar, known by his stage name Vishnuvardhan, was an Indian film actor predominantly in Kannada cinema. He appeared in more than 220 films all together in Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. He was called The Phoenix of Indian Cinema. He made his debut in the 1972 film, Vamsha Vriksha, in a supporting role. The same year he played the lead role in Puttanna Kanagal's Naagarahaavu, and was recognized as 'The Angry Young Man of Kannada Cinema'. He has played a variety of roles in different genres.The last film of vishnuvardan is Aptarakshaka.

Community Radio Sarang is managed by the Mangalore Jesuit Educational Society (MJES) and is run by St. Aloysius College (Autonomous), Mangalore, a coastal town in the southern part of Karnataka, India.
