Kassari is a village in Hiiumaa Parish, Hiiu County in northwestern Estonia, on Kassari Island. [1]
Historically, the village was part of Kassari Manor (German : Kassar). In the 1920s the manor was changed to Kassari settlement (Estonian : Kassari asundus). Kassari got its village status around 1939. In 1977, the Uusküla village was merged into Kassari village. [2]
Abruka is a village in Estonia, primarily composed of the 8.78 km2 (3.39 sq mi) island of Abruka in the Gulf of Riga, 4 km south of the island of Saaremaa. The village includes the smaller adjacent islands of Vahase, Kasselaid, Linnusitamaa and Kirjurahu, resulting in a total area of 10.1 km2 (3.9 sq mi).

Hiiumaa Parish is a rural municipality of Estonia on the island of Hiiumaa. Hiiumaa Parish was established by merging Emmaste Parish, Hiiu Parish, Käina Parish and Pühalepa Parish after the municipal elections held on 15 October 2017. Kärdla is the administrative center of the municipality. The current mayor (vallavanem) is Hergo Tasuja. The municipalities of Emmaste and Pühalepa contested their forced merger with Hiiu and Käina to form the new Hiiumaa municipality, which includes the whole island and what is Hiiu County.

Ruserahu is an uninhabited 31.1 hectares island belonging to Estonia. It is located in Õunaku Bay, 1.5 kilometers southwest of the Õunaku Peninsula, off the southeast coast of the larger island of Hiiumaa. The terrain on Ruserahu is very flat. The island's highest point is 2 meters above sea level. It stretches 0.4 kilometers in a north–south direction, and 0.45 kilometers in an east–west direction. Administratively, it belongs to the village of Esiküla on the island of Kassari, Hiiu Parish, Hiiu County. Ruserahu is part of the Käina Bay-Kassari Landscape Conservation Area.
