Though the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is the government agency which is responsible for conducting the foreign relations of Nepal, historically, it is the Office of Prime Minister (PMO) which has exercised the authority to formulate the country's foreign policies. As a landlocked country wedged between two larger and far stronger powers, Nepal has tried to maintain good relations with both of its neighbors, People's Republic of China and Republic of India. However, the relationship between Nepal and India was significantly hampered by the 2015 Nepal blockade when the Government of Nepal accused India of mimicking "Russia-Ukraine" tactics by using ethnically Indian residents of Nepal to cause unrest along Nepal's southern border. India denied the allegation and said the unrest were an internal affair. For the most part though, Nepal has traditionally maintained a non-aligned policy and enjoys friendly relations with its neighboring countries and almost all the major countries of the world.
Education in Nepal has been modeled on the Indian system, which is in turn the legacy of the old British Raj. The National Examinations Board (NEB) supervises all standardized tests. The Ministry of Education is responsible for managing educational activities in Nepal. The National Center for Educational Development (NCED) is Nepal's teacher-training body.

Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya is a military boarding high school in Nepal, established in 1986. The school was formerly known as Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya and Suping Campus. The school is located in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur. It was established in 1986 in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur. Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya is a military boarding school with civilian students, offering classes from 6th grade through undergraduate level, including a Bachelor of Science degree; the school also provides hostel facilities for girls and has branch schools in several cities across Nepal.
In 1986, the Israeli embassy in Kathmandu organized a Passover celebration as a service to the 7,000 Israelis who visit Nepal annually. The celebration was taken over in 1999 by the Chabad (/ħabad/) movement, a Hassidic Jewish movement that specializes in outreach to nonobservant Jews. Prior to 1986, there was no organized practice of Judaism in Nepal, and there is no native Jewish community.
The Baháʼí Faith in Nepal begins after a Nepalese leader encountered the religion in his travels before World War II. Following World War II, the first known Baháʼí to enter Nepal was around 1952 by N. P. Sinha who moved to Birgunj and the first Nepalese Baháʼí Local Spiritual Assembly elected in 1959, and its National Assembly in 1972. For a period of time, between 1976 and 1981, all assemblies were dissolved due to legal restrictions. The 2001 census reported 1,211 Baháʼís, and since the 1990s the Baháʼí community of Nepal has been involved in a number of interfaith organizations including the Inter-religious Council of Nepal promoting peace in the country. The Association of Religion Data Archives estimated some 4,300 Baháʼís in 2005.

Denmark–Nepal relations are foreign relations between Denmark and Nepal. Denmark has had an embassy in Kathmandu from 1992 to 2017 and since then an Honorary Consulate. Nepal has had an embassy in Copenhagen since 2007. Nepal and Denmark established diplomatic relations on 15 December 1967.
The 2013 South Asian Football Federation Championship, commonly referred to as 2013 SAFF Championship, was the 10th SAFF Championship for men's national football teams organized by the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). The tournament took place from 31 August to 11 September 2013, and was hosted by Nepal for the second time, with the previous being in 1997.
Sano Sansar Initiative is a global youth-led non-profit organization and a platform for children and youth which was founded in February 2006 by Sagar Aryal in Nepal, to promote environment conservation, advocate children and youth on climate change, sustainable development, Rural Health and Education in the poverty prone 21st Century.
Indonesia and Nepal established diplomatic relations in 1960. Neither country has a resident ambassador. Indonesia only establishes honorary consulate in Kathmandu, while its embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is also accredited to Nepal. Nepal, on the other hand, accredited its embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, also to Indonesia. Both nations are also partners and founding members of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
Sudurpaschim University is a university in Nepal, located in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur. It was established in August 2010 by the Act of the Constituent Assembly by the Government of Nepal. It came into operation in 2011, after the appointment of the university officials. Prime Minister of Nepal serves as the Chancellor of the university.
South Asia Peace Initiative (SAPI) promotes peace and cooperation through leadership consultations and grassroots activities in South Asian nations is a civil society initiative. There had been already 17 series of SAPI conference organized in Nepal, India, and Afghanistan and this initiatives will further continue. Former Minister of the Ministry of Co-operatives and Poverty Alleviation (Nepal) of the Government of Nepal and Member of the Nepalese Constituent Assembly Ek Nath Dhakal is a convener of South Asia Peace Initiative.
Tevel b’Tzedek is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Israel that promotes sustainable development in developing countries through the formation of thematic-based groups and community mobilization. It was established in 2007 by Rabbi Micha Odenheimer, who wanted to provide young Jewish people with meaningful social justice experience abroad with the intention of creating strong Jewish leaders invested in the idea of Tikkun Olam. Since 2007, hundreds of Jewish volunteers from communities in Israel, the United States, Germany, Ukraine, South Africa, Australia and other countries have traveled to Nepal and Haiti to participate in community development projects.
The Asociación Mexicana de Debate (AMD) is the regulating body for debate in México, formed by students, former students and debate coaches with experience at the most important debating competitions in the world, such as the World Universities Debating Championship, the World Universities Debating Championship in Spanish and the World Schools Debating Championship, and it is the only body that organizes British Parliamentary, Karl Popper and World Schools debate competitions in the country, including two national championships. AMD has the objective of spreading debate all around the country.

Aarohan Theatre Group is a theatre group in Nepal. It produces shows incorporating various cultures, religions and rituals of Nepal. The group has produced 15 TV shows for Nepal Television and produced various radio dramas. One of the radio drama was 136 episodes long. The group has performed its plays in India, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, Norway, Denmark and United States. It has two theater halls in its Biratnagar premise.
