Starting in 1989 with her first album, Garbi has released 20 albums in total along with several compilations, live albums and CD singles. Garbi has sold over 2 million copies and she is among the most well known singers in Greece. [1] In the 1990s, Garbi was first in sales for female singers in Greece. Her albums Arhizo Polemo and Evaisthiseis both achieved multi-platinum status and are among the top 10 selling CDs of the 1990s, while her album To Kati (4×Platinum) was one of the best selling CDs in the 2000s. Athanasios 'Thanos' Kalliris is a Greek singer who was born in Athens. His father was a guitarist and composer, Titos Kalliris (1934–2013). In the 1980s, he was a part of the pop music band Bang alongside Vassilis Dertilis. In the 1990s, he wrote and sung pop songs and ballads, making a successful solo career for himself. He was also involved in the 1987 Eurovision Song Contest. His last album has the title "Gia hari sou boro" in which he has collaborated with several artists, among them with Vassilios Pallis, a talented composer.

Christougenna Me Tin Katy is the ninth studio album by Greek artist, Katy Garbi. It was released on 12 November 1998 by Sony Music Greece and certified gold in four Christmas seasons, but until today gained platinum certification, selling over 50,000 units, and it is the only Greek Christmas album that has achieved gold and platinum certification. The original album contains eleven Greek versions of well-known international Christmas songs, accompanied by Spiros Labrou's children choir and internationally known tenor, Konstantinos Paliatsaras on the song "Touli Gia Ton Christouli". The choir had already collaborated with Katy in the song "Ftou Xeleftheria" from the album Arhizo Polemo (1996). Well-known lyricist, Eleni Giannatsoulia provided the Greek lyrics for all the songs on the album.

Os Ton Paradeiso is the fifth studio album by Greek artist, Katy Garbi. It was released on 8 October 1993 by Sony Music Greece and soon certified gold, but after months received platinum certification, selling over 80,000 units*. The album was written by various artists and contains four songs written by Phoebus, marking their first studio collaboration. It also contains "Ellada, Hora Tou Fotos" with which she represented Greece at Eurovision Song Contest 1993, a remix of the track.

Katerina "Katy" Garbi is a Greek singer active in Greece and Cyprus, with some popularity in Turkey. Her career has spanned over 35 years with over 2 million records sold in Greece and abroad. Garbi's discography is marked by several multi-platinum releases, including Arhizo Polemo (1996) and Evaisthisies (1997), two of the best-selling albums of the decade. Garbi represented Greece in the annual Eurovision Song Contest in 1993 with the song "Ellada, chora tou fotos", taking ninth place. She later struck her biggest commercial success with To Kati (2000) in terms of unit sales. Over the years, Garbi has won 11 Pop Corn Music Awards, including three for Album of the Year, and one Arion Music Award. Evaisthisies is the eighth studio album by Greek artist Katy Garbi. It was released on 17 October 1997 by Sony Music Greece and certified platinum in 2 days, but after months received triple-platinum certification, selling over 160,000 units*. The album was written entirely by Phoebus. It was the second best-selling Greek album of 1997, and Katy's second top-seller album, containing many of her most successful songs like "Ierosilia", "Evaisthisies", "Triferotita" and "Kivotos". On 21 March 2022, was released a vinyl edition of album. The tracklist included live covers and duets as a bonus.

Pazl is the 17th studio album by Greek recording artist Katy Garbi and 18th album overall. The album was first released on 18 February 2011 via a promotional campaign with the Greek news website 'in.gr'. The campaign included a free limited-time digital download of the entire album and a contest for a dinner with Garbi. On 28 March 2011, the album was commercially released under Garbi's new signing with Universal Music Greece.

Lampsi was the longest running series in Greek television, among the most famous in Greece and Bulgaria. It was aired for more than 14 years by the Greek television station ANT1 nearly every day. Bulgarian television network Nova Television aired "Shine", dubbed in Bulgarian from 2000 to 2010.

Spase tous deiktes is the 20th studio album by Greek singer, Katy Garbi. It was released on 20 December 2017 by Panik Platinum, marking Garbi's first album release with the Panik label, and later received gold certification, selling over 6,000 units. It was produced by Leonidas Tzitzos and includes new and past collaborators including Giorgos Sabanis, Natalia Germanou, Ilias Kabakakis, Eleni Giannatsoulia, Dimitris Kontopoulos, Nikos Gritsis and Kostas Miliotakis. The album is a continuation of the modern laika with pop genre since the previous platinum release Perierges Meres, four years prior. It also reintroduces Katy to the dance genre for the first time since 2005, comprising two dance tracks, "Kardia alitissa" and "Kaneis san esena". The album's release coincided with Garbi's live performances at the clubs Stage in Thessaloniki, and Iera Odos in Athens, alongside Vasilis Karras and Christos Menidiatis. The album featured two tracks penned by Karras, one of which was recorded as a duet titled "Oute Lexi".

Written and produced by Phoebus, "Ilios De Vgeni An Den Peis Kalimera” was the singer's first material written by Phoebus since 2000's multi-platinum album To Kati, composed entirely by the well-known composer. It was released to mark thirty years of Garbi’s professional music career, which began in 1989 with the release of Garbi’s debut album Prova.

It was released on digital platforms on 27 April 2020 by Panik Platinum, a sub-label of Panik Records, as the fourth single from her upcoming twenty-first studio album. "Kivotos " will be one of five new duets of previously recorded songs by Garbi written and produced by Phoebus to be featured on the upcoming album. To promote the song, Garbi released a music video in conjunction with Kivotos tou Kosmou, a non-profit charity organisation supporting special care and protection of "mother and child". All proceeds from the sale of the single are donated to Kivotos tou Kosmou.
