Kelly Flood (born April 14,1959) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 75 from 2009 to 2023. [1] [2]
Flood attended Starr King School for the Ministry and earned her BA in American studies from Florida State University.
Terry Mills is an American politician and a former Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives who represented District 24. Mills won a February 2010 Special election to fill the vacancy caused by the election of Representative Jimmy Higdon to the Kentucky Senate. He served until he was defeated by Republican candidate Brandon Reed on November 8,2016.
