Kenneth F. Harper (born January 15,1931) was an American politician in the state of Kentucky. He served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1964 to 1968 and from 1982 to 1995,as a Republican. [1] [2] Harper also served as Secretary of State of Kentucky from 1971 to 1972. [3] He is a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
Harper attended the Kentucky Military Institute and University of Kentucky. [3]

Frederick "Fred" Moore Vinson was an American attorney and politician who served as the 13th chief justice of the United States from 1946 until his death in 1953. Vinson was one of the few Americans to have served in all three branches of the U.S. government. Before becoming chief justice,Vinson served as a U.S. Representative from Kentucky from 1924 to 1928 and 1930 to 1938,as a federal appellate judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from 1938 to 1943,and as the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury from 1945 to 1946.

John Alex "Eck" Rose is a former Kentucky politician,who served in the Kentucky State Senate from Winchester representing the 28th Senate District. Rose was the last President Pro Tempore of the Kentucky Senate when the office was the Senate's highest after the Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky,before a 1992 constitutional amendment removed the Lieutenant Governor as the Senate's presiding officer and created the office of President of the Kentucky Senate. In 1993 Rose became the first to hold that office,and he remained in that position until 1997.
