Keshav Suri is an Indian hotelier and an LGBTQ rights advocate. [1] He is the Executive Director of The Lalit Group of Hotels. [2] [3] Keshav was one of the petitioners for the 6-September-2019 Supreme Court Judgement on Section 377 and is married to his partner Cyril Feuillebois, [4] who has been with Keshav for 10 years. [5] [6] [7] While managing the hotel and business, Keshav actively supports the advancement of LGBTQ rights in India. [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14]

The LaLiT Hotels, Palaces and Resorts is a group of 12 hotels, palaces and resorts spread across the country and outside. The group is managed by the Suri Family. Jyotsna Suri is the Managing Director and Chairman, who took over the hotels after the death of her husband, Lalit Suri. LGBT Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons

LGBT, or GLBT, is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. In use since the 1990s, the term is an adaptation of the initialism LGB, which was used to replace the term gay in reference to the LGBT community beginning in the mid-to-late 1980s. Activists believed that the term gay community did not accurately represent all those to whom it referred.

Queer Azaadi Mumbai Pride March, also called Queer Azaadi March and Mumbai pride march, is an annual LGBTQIH pride parade that is held in the city of Mumbai, capital of Maharashtra, India. It usually begins from Gowalia Tank ending at Girgaum Chowpatty. It, along with the Pride Week, is organized by Queer Azaadi Mumbai, a collective of organizations and individuals working for the rights of LGBTQIA community. The participants of the march include people from the LGBTQIH community as well their "straight allies", from India and outside. In addition to being a celebration of queer pride, the pride march and related events are a platform to ask for equal rights.

<i>GQ</i> (Indian edition) Indian edition of GQ

GQ is the Indian edition of the American monthly men's magazine called GQ. It is the 15th international edition of GQ and is published by Condé Nast India Pvt. Ltd., a 100% owned subsidiary of Condé Nast International. Condé Nast gained 100% ownership after regulatory changes in 2005 permitted 100% foreign direct investment in non-news and current affairs publications. Mental Hai Kya is an upcoming Indian comedy film produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Prakash Kovelamudi, starring Kangana Ranaut, Rajkummar Rao, Amyra Dastur, Amrita Puri Jimmy Shergill. And Shah Rukh Khan will have an extended cameo role. The screenplay was written by Kanika Dhillon. The principal photography of the film began on 16 May 2018. The film will be released on 21 June 2019. Music rights are owned by Zee Music Company.

Dunzo

Dunzo is an Indian company that provides delivery services in Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad. The company also operates a Bike Taxi service in Gurgaon. It is headquartered in Bengaluru, India. In 2017, it was funded by Google. It was founded by Kabeer Biswas, along with Co-founders Ankur Agarwal, Dalvir Suri, and Mukund Jha, in 2014.

The 11th Mirchi Music Awards, presented by the Radio Mirchi, honoured the best music professionals of Hindi language Indian films of 2018. The ceremony was held at the Dome at the National Sports Club of India, Mumbai on 16 February 2019 and was hosted by Sonu Nigam. There were many performances, including those by Badshah, Neha Kakkar, Meet Bros, Jonita Gandhi, Arko, Papon and Shivam Pathak. Ashmik Patil, the winner of the Smule Mirchi Cover Star, performed at the event. A new award category, Recreated Song of the Year, was introduced for the first time to recognize the many ‘re-creations’ released in 2018. Alaka Keshav Deshpande is an Indian medical doctor and social worker known for her work towards AIDS patients. She worked at JJ Hospital Mumbai and in 1990, started the first HIV OPD. She established and headed the Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) section from 2003-04 till 2011. She was noted to have not taken any salary for this tenure from the hospital. In 2001, she was presented with Padma Shri, India's 4th highest civilian honour.

The 2nd Mirchi Music Awards, presented by the Radio Mirchi, honoured the best of Hindi music from the year 2009. The ceremony was held on 10 February 2010 at the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. There were many performances, including those by KK, Sunidhi Chauhan, Rekha Bhardwaj, Himesh Reshammiya, Usha Uthup, Shahid Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. A non-film category award was included for the first time. Delhi-6 won a leading eight awards including Album of the Year and Song of the Year for "Masakali". The show was broadcast on 21 February 2010 on Sony TV.

Manaswini Lata Ravindra is a Marathi playwright, screenwriter and Film director, known for writing the play Amar Photo Studio and also being one of the writers of the Marathi sitcom Dil Dosti Duniyadari. In 2016, she was a recipient of the Sahitya Akademi Award.
