[3] In 2014/5 the trust was given a loan of £7.4 million by the Department of Health which is supposed to be paid back in five years. [4] The trust opened a new outpatient centre in Irthlingborough, East Northamptonshire, intended to replace Rushden Memorial Clinic, in February 2011. [5]

It started a major medical records digitisation project in 2021. More than 220,000 medical records will be scanned into the IMMJ Systems MediViewer Electronic Document Management System by Swiss Post Solutions. [6]
