Kevin Johns (born December 4, 1975) is an American football coach who is the quarterbacks coach at Oklahoma State University. Previously, Johns served as an offensive coordinator at Duke University, Indiana University Bloomington, Western Michigan University, Texas Tech University, and the University of Memphis.
Johns graduated from the University of Dayton, where he played quarterback for Flyers. He was an assistant coach for seven seasons at Northwestern under head coaches Randy Walker and Pat Fitzgerald, as well as two seasons at FCS Richmond.
In 2011, he accepted the co-offensive coordinator position at Indiana under new head coach Kevin Wilson. [2] From 2014 to 2016, Johns served as the offensive coordinator for the Hoosiers. [3]
In 2017, Johns joined the staff of Tim Lester as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Western Michigan Broncos football team. [4]
In 2018, Johns joined the staff of Kliff Kingsbury as offensive coordinator and receivers coach at Texas Tech University. At the conclusion of the 2018 season Kingsbury and his coaching staff, including Johns, was fired by Texas Tech.
In 2019, Johns became the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Memphis.
On January 5, 2022, Johns joined Mike Elko's inaugural staff at Duke as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. [5] Following the departure of Elko at the conclusion of the 2023 season, Johns was not retained by new head coach Manny Diaz.
Johns received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Dayton in 1998. He then received a master's degree from Northwestern University in 2001. Johns and his wife, Krista, have three sons.
Kliff Timothy Kingsbury is an American professional football coach and former quarterback who is the offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Texas Tech Red Raiders, finishing in the top three in several school passing records before being selected in the sixth round of the 2003 NFL draft by the New England Patriots. He was a member of several other NFL and CFL teams before entering coaching in 2008.
Sonny Jack Cumbie is an American football coach and former quarterback. He is the head football coach at Louisiana Tech University, a position he has held since the 2022 season. Cumbie previously served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Texas Tech University and was the interim head coach after the departure of Matt Wells in 2021. He also served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Texas Christian University (TCU). Cumbie played college football at Texas Tech and was the team's starting quarterback during the 2004 season, when he led the nation in passing and total offense and a guided the Red Raiders to win in the 2004 Holiday Bowl, earning MVP honors for the game. Cumbie played professionally in the Arena Football League (AFL), the Indoor Football League (IFL), and briefly in the National Football League (NFL).
Kevin Reece Wilson is an American college football coach and former player. He was the head coach at the University of Tulsa from 2023–2024. He was the offensive coordinator at Ohio State University from 2017 to 2022. Wilson was head coach at Indiana University from 2011 to 2016, and offensive coordinator at the University of Oklahoma from 2002 to 2010.
Graham Stanton Harrell is an American football coach and former quarterback. He played college football for Texas Tech Red Raiders from 2004 to 2008. He played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL) from 2009 to 2013, with his longest tenure as a player with the Green Bay Packers. He served as the offensive coordinator of the North Texas Mean Green (2016–2018), USC Trojans (2019–2021) and the West Virginia Mountaineers (2022).
Eric Morris is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the head football coach at the University of North Texas. He was previously the head football coach at the University of the Incarnate Word and offensive coordinator at Washington State University.
Nick William Sheridan is an American college football coach and former quarterback. He is the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the University of Alabama, positions he has held since 2024. He previously served as the tight ends coach at the University of Washington and was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the Indiana University. He played college football for Michigan.
Daniel Patrick Enos is an American football coach and former player who is the offensive analyst at the University of Florida. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Arkansas. He was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Miami in 2019. Enos served as head football coach at Central Michigan University from 2010 to 2014. He was also running backs coach at Michigan State University, where he played as a quarterback from 1987 to 1990.
In American football the air raid offense refers to an offensive scheme popularized by such coaches as Hal Mumme, Mike Leach, Sonny Dykes, and Tony Franklin during their respective tenures at Iowa Wesleyan University, Valdosta State, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Louisiana Tech, and Washington State.
The 2011 Indiana Hoosiers football team represented Indiana University Bloomington during the 2011 NCAA Division I FBS football season in the new Leaders Division of the Big Ten Conference. The 2011 season was the first for new head coach Kevin Wilson, formerly the offensive coordinator at Oklahoma. The Hoosiers played their home games at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana. They finished the season 1–11, 0–8 in Big Ten play to place last in the Leaders Division.
Seth Colton Doege is an American football coach and former quarterback, who is the current offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Arizona Wildcats. After playing college football for Texas Tech University, he was signed by the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2013. On February 27, 2014, he was signed to the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. Doege was Texas Tech's starting quarterback for the 2011 and 2012 seasons.
Justin James Fuente is an American college football coach. He was the head football coach at Virginia Tech from 2016 to 2021. He was the 2016 ACC Coach of the Year. Fuente was the head football coach at the University of Memphis from 2012 to 2015. He was an assistant at Texas Christian University from 2007 to 2011 and previously at Illinois State University from 2001 to 2006. Fuente attended the University of Oklahoma before transferring to Murray State University after his redshirt sophomore season. He played quarterback for both schools. Fuente played a single season with the Oklahoma Wranglers of the Arena Football League.
Jacob Stephen Spavital is an American college football coach who is the offensive coordinator for the Baylor Bears. He previously served as the offensive coordinator at Cal Golden Bears in 2023.
Lincoln Michael Riley is an American college football coach and former player who is the head coach of the USC Trojans football program at the University of Southern California. Riley previously served as the head coach at the University of Oklahoma for five seasons from 2017 to 2021, where he won four consecutive Big 12 Championship Games.

Mike Yurcich is an American football coach who most recently served as offensive coordinator at Penn State. Prior to going to Penn State, he was the offensive coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin in 2020. He was the passing game coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the Ohio State University for the 2019 season. Yurcich was the offensive coordinator at Oklahoma State University from 2013 to 2018. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Saint Francis, Edinboro, and Shippensburg. Yurcich also spent time at Indiana as a graduate assistant.
Zac Roper is an American football coach. He is currently the special teams coordinator and tight ends coach at Florida International University, and was previously the offensive coordinator at Duke University. Prior to this, Roper had spent the majority of his career as a special teams coordinator. He worked with staffs at Ole Miss, Oklahoma, and Cornell before joining the Duke staff for the 2008 season.
Kenny Dillingham is an American football coach who is currently the head football coach at Arizona State University. He previously served as the offensive coordinator at the University of Oregon, Florida State University, Auburn University and the University of Memphis.
Ryan Walters is an American college football coach and former safety. He played college football for Colorado from 2004 to 2008. He then served as the defensive coordinator for the Missouri Tigers (2018–2020) and on the Illinois Fighting Illini (2021–2022). He was also the head football coach of the Purdue Boilermakers (2023–2024).
