Khaled S. Al-Sultan (born 1 January 1963 in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia) was the fourth rector of King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) a public university in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and the first to have graduated from the institution to hold this position. Al-Sultan is married and has two children. [1] [2]

Turki bin Abdullah Al Saud is the seventh son of former King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and one of the grandsons of Saudi's founder King Abdulaziz. He served as deputy governor and then, governor of Riyadh Province from 2013 to 29 January 2015. He was one of the 11 princes detained in November 2017 by Mohammad bin Salman as a part of his anti-corruption drive on accusations of corruption in the Riyadh Metro project and taking advantage of his influence to award contracts to his own companies. It was reported in August 2023 that after a trial he was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

Majid bin Abdullah bin Osman Al Qasabi is the Saudi Arabian Minister of Commerce, having held the position since May 2016. He also served as the Acting Minister of Media from 25 February 2020 to 5 March 2023 and is a member of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs. Al Qasabi has held several prominent roles throughout his career, including serving as an advisor at the Crown Prince's court from 2010 to 2011, as the head of special affairs for the Crown Prince from 2011 to 2014, and again as an advisor in the Crown Prince's court in 2014.

The competition started in 2006 in one center in Eastern Province then gradually the number of centers increased in the following years to include seven centers over the kingdom.

Ahmad Al-Khowaiter is a Saudi chemical engineer and the current CTO of Saudi Aramco.

Dr. Abdul Latif bin Jassim Kanoo is a Bahraini structural engineer, writer, and researcher. He was born in Manama and studied civil and structural engineering at Imperial College London, then obtained a Master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a doctorate from the University of Texas. Kanoo served as an Under Secretary at the Ministry of Housing in his home country and then as a member of the Consultative Council. He also founded the Beit Al Quran museum, for which he currently serves as chairman of the board of Trustees.

Muhammad Al-Saggaf is the 6th President of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He brought a wealth of industry experience to the role, having spent the bulk of his career in the industry before returning to academia. He started his career at KFUPM then spent 30 years at Saudi Aramco, culminating in his position as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Services for six years, before re-joining the University in January, 2020. He is credited with moving KFUPM from a rank of #200 worldwide in 2020 into #101 in 2024, and opening admission for women, whose enrollment increased to 50% from nil.

Al-Wahah was a neighborhood in northern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located west of King Abdullah District and east of Salah al-Din neighborhood in the sub-municipality of al-Ulaya. Covering an area of almost 798 acres, the district emerged in the 1980s and was initially owned by Prince Khalid bin Sultan. King Salman Neighborhood is a district in northern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located east of King Abdullah District and west of al-Wurud neighborhood in the sub-municipality of al-Ulaya. Covering an area of 1673 acres, the district was formed in May 2023 and assumed its name after King Salman bin Abdulaziz following the amalgamation of al-Wahah and Salah al-Din neighborhoods. The neighborhood is located adjacent to the site of King Salman Park project.

Hotat Khalid was a settlement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located north of Duhairah and south of al-Murabba. It was named after King Khalid bin Abdulaziz, who was allotted several acres of land in the area by his father, King Abdulaziz ibn Saud. It was a residential area inhabited by many prominent figures of that time, like Hafiz Wahba, Hussein Oweini and John Philby and today lies in the north of ad-Dirah neighborhood in the city's downtown. The Khaldia Towers was built in 1983 on the grounds of King Khalid's palace ruins.
