Alan Nguyen better known as KiWiKiD is an American League of Legends player who was the support player for NRG eSports. He was considering retirement from professional play and returning to school. [1]
In November 2015 Team Dignitas added him to their roster. [2] [3]
He recruited for NRG eSports upon that team's entry into the LCS. [4] [5] [6]
Nguyen attended the University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2012 and played on the schools IvyLoL team. [7]
Dignitas is a professional esports organization based in Newark, New Jersey. It was founded by Michael "ODEE" O'Dell in 2003 as a merger of two top Battlefield 1942 clans. Dignitas was acquired by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2016 and is now a part of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment. The team is best known for its League of Legends, Rocket League, Fortnite, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive squads.
Team SoloMid, commonly referred as abbreviated name TSM, is a professional esports organization based in the United States. It was founded in September 2009 by Andy "Reginald" Dinh. TSM currently fields players in League of Legends, Dota 2, Apex Legends, Valorant, Hearthstone, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, PUBG Mobile, Battlegrounds Mobile India, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, Magic: The Gathering Arena, and chess. The organization previously had a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team based in Denmark that later became Astralis and also briefly owned an Overwatch team.
Team Coast was an American esports organization and League of Legends website. It was originally formed under the name Good Game University on January 4, 2013, by the former roster of Team Dynamic following their departure from the parent organization. They named themselves Good Game University before changing their name to Team Coast on June 1, 2013. He graduated from high school early at age 17 to attend the first varsity college esports team in the world, the program at Robert Morris University Illinois. Jeong Eon-yeong, better known as Impact, is a South Korean League of Legends player for FlyQuest of the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS). Impact won the Season 3 League of Legends World Championship as a member of SK Telecom T1 K. He played for both Team Impulse and NRG Esports in the LCS, before transferring to Cloud9 in May 2016. Impact left Cloud9 after the 2017 season and joined Team Liquid, where he won four LCS titles before departing the team for Evil Geniuses after the end of the 2020 season.
The 2015 NA LCS season was the third year of the North American League of Legends Championship Series. It saw an expansion of the league from eight to ten teams, as well as the introduction of championship points and the regional finals gauntlet to better determine which teams should qualify for the World Championship. The season was divided into spring and summer splits, each consisting of a regular season and playoff stage. The top six teams from the regular season advanced to the playoff stage, with the top two teams receiving a bye to the semifinals. Regular season games and the spring playoffs were played in the Riot Games Studios in Los Angeles, California, while the summer finals were held at Madison Square Garden.
Lucas Tao Kilmer Larsen, better known as Santorin, is a Danish professional League of Legends player who is the jungler for Team Liquid of the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS). He has also played for Team Coast, Team SoloMid, Team Ember and Team Huma. Santorin joined TSM in November 2014. He won the 2015 Spring NA LCS with TSM. On December 14, 2015, he was announced for Team Huma's North American League of Legends Challenger Series. On February 26, 2016, he was sold to Ember due to Huma's financial issues.
Ham Jang-sik, better known as Lustboy, is a South Korean League of Legends coach and retired professional player. After retiring from professional competition, Lustboy became a coach for Longzhu Gaming of the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK), before leaving to coach for LCS team Team SoloMid. He is currently a coach for 100 Thieves of the LCS.
