Weston-super-Mare, also known simply as Weston, is a seaside town in the North Somerset unitary area in the county of Somerset, England. It lies by the Bristol Channel 20 miles (32 km) south-west of Bristol between Worlebury Hill and Bleadon Hill. It includes the suburbs of Ashcombe, Birnbeck, Bournville, Coronation, Ebdon, Haywood Village, Hutton, Hutton Moor, Locking, Locking Parklands, Mead Vale, Milton, North Worle, Oldmixon, St. Georges, Uphill, West Wick, Weston Gateway, Weston Village, Worle and Worlebury. Its population at the 2021 census was 82,418. Since 1983, Weston has been twinned with Hildesheim in Germany.
