Kirsty Dowle (born 23 August 1991) [2] is an English football referee who officiated at the 2022 Women's FA Cup Final, [3] [4] and the 2023 FA Women's League Cup Final. [5] She officiates in the Women's Super League, [6] and was added to the 2020 FIFA international list of women referees. [7]

The Select Group is a panel of English professional football referees and assistant referees, appointed by Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL). The group was first formed in 2001, when England became the first country to use fully professional referees in its top flight.

Oliver was appointed to take charge of the final of the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup. Oliver was promoted to the UEFA Elite Group of Referees in 2018.
