Kisan Vikas Party

Kisan Vikas Party (Peasant Development Party) is a small political party in the Indian state of Bihar. It is probably a splinter group from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). It was founded in 1996 by Om Singh Tomar. It aimed to establish a separate state of West Uttar Pradesh. It disbanded after the 1998 election. [1] It is classified as a Registered Unrecognized Political Party (RUPP). [2] [3]

The leader of KMBP was Chaudhary Narendra Singh from Kanpur In the state elections in Uttar Pradesh in 2002, KMBP was an ally of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and launched two BJP-supported candidates. KMBP was part of the state government in Uttar Pradesh around 2002. KMBP joined the Indian National Congress ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2004.

The Bharatiya Kisan Sangh (BKS) is an Indian farmers' organization that is politically linked to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. BKS was founded by Dattopant Thengadi in 1978. As of 2000, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh claimed BKS had a quarter million members, organized in 11,000 villages and 301 districts across the country. The organization is dominated by landed gentry.

Mahendra Singh is an Indian politician and He was a member of the 14th and the 15th Legislative Assemblies of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2002 and 2007, respectively. Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) is a farmer's representative organisation in India. It was founded by Chaudhary Charan Singh from the Punjab Khetibari Union which became its Punjab branch. The union is affiliated to the All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee and Via Campesina. The national headquarters of the union is located in Sisauli, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Bharatiya Kisan Kamgar Party was an Indian political party formed in 1996 by Ajit Singh. Within months of winning Baghpat Lok Sabha constituency from Congress ticket in 1996 Lok Sabha election, Ajit Singh resigned from Congress to form his new party BKKP, with the help of Mahendra Singh Tikait. He contested Baghpat by-poll election on BKKP ticket and won by a margin of 231,440 votes. In 1999, he relaunched his party with the name of Rashtriya Lok Dal.
