Södertälje Sportklubb, also known as Södertälje SK and often referred to as SSK, is a Swedish professional ice hockey club playing in HockeyAllsvenskan, the second highest level of pro hockey in Sweden. Södertälje were charter members of Elitserien when the league was founded in 1975 and have since played 24 seasons in the league. Södertälje SK's fan club is known as Supporterklubben

Hannu Aravirta is a Finnish ice hockey player and an ice hockey coach for the Finnish national men's team, SM-liiga and Elitserien.
Erik Ronald "Sura-Pelle" Pettersson was a Swedish ice hockey player. He played 252 international games for Sweden between 1955 and 1967, including thirteen World Championships and three Olympic Games. Between 1951 and 1967 Pettersson played for Surahammars IF, Södertälje SK and Västra Frölunda IF. He won the Swedish championship twice, in 1956 with Södertälje and in 1965 with Västra Frölunda. He won Guldpucken in 1959–60 as the most valuable player in Swedish Championship playoffs.
Anders Karl Daniel Eldebrink is a Swedish former ice hockey defenceman who played in the SEL in the 1970s and 1980s. He also played 165 games for the Swedish national team.
Erik Adolf Efraim "Erik Aber" Abrahamsson was a Swedish athlete. He won the national long jump title in 1921–1923 and a bronze medal at the 1920 Summer Olympics. He was also an acclaimed bandy and ice hockey player, part of the Swedish team that won the 1921 European Championships.
The Nybro Vikings is an ice-hockey club from Nybro in Sweden. The team was playing in the highest league in Sweden for two seasons 1968–69 and 1969–70 and the second highest league during the 70s and 80s and again for seven years from 2002 to 2009 in HockeyAllsvenskan. The team was relegated to the third division, Division 1, during the 2008-2009 season after finishing only 15th in the regular season and only third in the following qualification series with six teams, two from HockeyAllsvenskan and four from Division 1. The team currently plays in Liljas arena, which takes about 2,400 spectators. Liljas arena is the fourth oldest ice hockey arena in Sweden, finished 1963. 1984 the arena was rebuilt.
Lars-Eric Lundvall was a Swedish professional ice hockey player and coach. Between 1956 and 1965 he played 195 international matches and scored 79 goals. During this period he won 5 world and 10 European championship medals, including world and European titles in 1957 and 1962; he also took part in the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympics and finished in fourth, fifth and second place, respectively.
Karl Gustaf Emanuel "Carl" or "Calle Aber" Abrahamsson was a Swedish track and field athletic, bandy and ice hockey player who competed in the 1928 Winter Olympics. He was also a coach and captain, mainly in the Swedish club Södertälje SK.
Magnus Svensson is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player. He won a gold medal with Team Sweden at the 1994 Winter Olympics. He also played 46 games in the National Hockey League with the Florida Panthers.
Jens Erik Öhling is a retired professional Swedish ice hockey player. He played for Djurgårdens IF during most of his professional career. He made his debut in Elitserien in 1979 against Västra Frölunda. Öhling was the team captain during the 1995–96 season. After 18 seasons in Djurgården, Öhling ended his career in Södertälje SK in 1998. The number 11 has been retired in his honour by Djurgården.

Göte Paulus "Vicke Hallon" Blomqvist was a Swedish ice hockey player. Between 1947 and 1957 he capped 108 international matches and scored 68 goals. He won a world title in 1953 and bronze medals at the 1952 Winter Olympics and 1954 World Championships. He was also a Swedish champion with Södertälje SK in 1953 and 1956 and the best Swedish scorer in 1951–53. He holds the record of most goals scored during one match (8) at the Swedish Championships.
Thord Rubert "Flodan" Flodqvist was a Swedish ice hockey goaltender who won a bronze medal at the 1952 Winter Olympics. He played 82 international matches with the Swedish national team between 1946 and 1958, and was the primary goaltender in 1952–57. He won the world title in 1953 and 1957, finishing third in 1954 and 1958. Nationally he became Swedish champion in 1953 and 1956 with Södertälje SK.
Sven Ragnar Thunman was a Swedish ice hockey defenseman. Between 1946 and 1957 he capped 114 times with the Swedish national team and scored 14 goals. During that time he won a gold, a silver and a bronze medal at the 1952 Winter Olympics, finishing fourth in 1948.
Hans Lennart Häggroth was a Swedish ice hockey player. A goaltender, he won a world and European title in 1962, finishing second at the 1963 World Championships and 1964 Olympics.
Mats Bernhard Kihlström is an ice hockey player who played for the Swedish national team. He won a bronze medal at the 1988 Winter Olympics. He played for Södertälje SK and Brynäs IF throughout his career and he played 147 matches for the Swedish national team he won a silver medal at the 1986 World Championships.
Thom Lennart Eklund is an ice hockey player who played for the Swedish national team. He won a bronze medal at the 1984 and 1988 Winter Olympics. He played for the clubs Södertälje SK, IF Björklöven, VIK Västerås HK and in Italy. He won the World Championship for Sweden in 1987 and a silver for Sweden at the World Championships in 1986 and he also won a Swedish title with Södertälje in 1985.
Hans Hjelm was a Swedish ice hockey player, best known for representing Hammarby IF and winning two domestic titles with the club. He won the silver medal with Sweden in the 1947 World Championships. Hjelm also played bandy.
