Klaus Bresser (born 22 July 1936) is a German journalist and television presenter.

Life

Bresser was born in Berlin and studied at the University of Cologne. He works as a journalist for German broadcasters (since 1965 for Westdeutscher Rundfunk and since 1977 for ZDF).

The Alme Valley Railway was an approximately 60 km long, mostly single-track branch line from Paderborn via Buren to Brilon in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is named after the Alme river and runs through its valley in a north–south direction. The line is disused and dismantled between Paderborn and Büren-Weiberg, but it has not been formally closed. The remaining line between Büren-Weiberg and Brilon Wald (forest) was for a long time only used for freight and museum trains, but the section between Brilon Stadt (town) and Brilon Wald has been back in use by regional services since 2011.

The Gutbrod Atlas was a light panel van or pickup truck made by the Calw division of Gutbrod Motorenbau G.m.b.H.. In 1950, its series production started in Calw, Germany. The vehicle's maximum permissible payload was either 700, 800, or 1000 kg. Top speed was 70 km/h with a fuel consumption of 9.8 l/100 km ; the fuel had an oil/gasoline ratio of 1:25. The Atlas was fitted with a 27 liter fuel tank.
