Contents

Originally released in May 2008 on Brother and Brother Records, Knives with Journalism was re-released online in August 2008 on BBN Music. In October 2008 it was re-releases again on 75 or Less Records. Its second re-release was limited to 50 silkscreened copies on white jackets.

Still Burning is the second solo studio album by Mike Scott, released by Chrysalis in 1997. It followed Scott's 1995 solo debut, Bring 'em All In, and was the last of Scott's solo albums before re-forming The Waterboys in 2000. Photography was provided by Andrew Catlin and Mary Scanlon. Although well-received critically, sales of the album were poor and Scott was subsequently dropped from Chrysalis Records. This led directly to Scott's decision to revive the Waterboys' name in order to achieve wider marketplace exposure. Scott describes the making of and commercial failure of the album in detail in his 2012 autobiography, Adventures of a Waterboy.

Electrolite 1996 single by R.E.M.

"Electrolite" is a song by R.E.M. released as their third single and closing track from their tenth studio album, New Adventures in Hi-Fi. The song is a piano-based ballad to Los Angeles, Hollywood icons and the closing 20th century. Initially, Michael Stipe objected to including the song on the album, but was won over by Peter Buck and Mike Mills. It has since become one of his favorite R.E.M. songs as well as one of Radiohead lead singer Thom Yorke's; Radiohead has covered the song.

Framed is the 1972 debut album by The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. The album was released separately on CD but is more widely available on a 2 in 1 album, the other album being Next. The title track is a Leiber/Stoller song originally recorded by The Robins. This album also features a cover of the song written by Willie Dixon and originally performed by Muddy Waters, "I Just Want To Make Love To You". Both of these songs appeared on Alex Harvey recordings as far back as the 1963 live recording from Hamburg, released in 1964 as "Alex Harvey and His Soul Band". "Hammer Song" and "Midnight Moses" are two Harvey originals that first appeared on his solo LP Roman Wall Blues in 1969. "Hole In Her Stocking" had been recorded by Alex Harvey as recently as 1970 on the Rock Workshop eponymous release of the same year.
