Knockshegowna GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in Ballingarry, County Tipperary, Ireland. The club's name comes from the townland of Knockshegowna to the east of Ballingarry. The club are part of the North Tipperary GAA division. The club have been North Tipperary Junior Hurling Champions on nine occasions. [1] [2]

It won its only Cork Senior Club Football Championship in 1897. In 2007, the club won its first ever county hurling championship when it won the Cork Junior B Hurling Championship. The club is part of the Carbery division of Cork. The Sam Maguire Cup which is presented to the All-Ireland winning football team each year is named after Dunmanway's most famous son, Sam Maguire who is buried in St. Mary's Graveyard.

Lorrha-Dorrha GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "North Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the parish of "Lorrha & Dorrha". The club is most famous for Hurling Team of the Millennium goalkeeper Tony Reddin, who played with the club from 1947 to 1957. Ken Hogan, who is a former manager and goalkeeper of Tipperary GAA, also played with Lorrha as did the heroes of the 1971 All-Ireland Championship team, Liam King and Noel Lane. In more recent times, John Madden was the club's representative on the team which won All-Ireland honours in 1989 and 1991. Also notable is Patrick 'Bonner' Maher (2009–present) who is the only Lorrha player to win both All-Ireland and Munster Medals at Senior, Under-21 and Minor with Tipperary.
St Ita's is a Gaelic football and hurling club based in the village of Gortroe,, County Cork, Ireland. It competes in competitions organized by Cork county board and the Imokilly divisional board. In 2013, Seamus Harnedy became the first player from the club to play with the Cork senior hurling team. He was a major success and ended up with being included in the 2013 and 2018 All-Star team.
