The Korea Land &Housing Corporation (LH) is a government-owned corporation which is responsible for the development of land in cities,and the maintenance and management of land and housing.
LH was built by law to form the Korea Land Development Corporation,and the Korea Housing Corporation. The two companies were merged in 2009 by the government to form the current LH.
Under the government's plan to advance the public corporations,it aims to eliminate overlapping functions,such as the establishment of housing development projects carried out by the Korea Housing Corporation and Korea Land Corporation,and to contribute to the development of the national economy by providing new funds.

The Seoul Metropolitan Subway is a metropolitan railway system consisting of 23 rapid transit,light metro,commuter rail and people mover lines located in northwest South Korea. The system serves most of the Seoul Metropolitan Area including the Incheon metropolis and satellite cities in Gyeonggi province. Some regional lines in the network stretch out beyond the Seoul Metropolitan Area to rural areas in northern Chungnam province and western Gangwon Province,that lie over 100 km (62 mi) away from the capital.

Bundang-gu (Korean: 분당구) is the largest and most populous district (gu) of Seongnam,a major city in the Seoul Capital Area,South Korea. Bundang-gu is one of South Korea's wealthiest and highest developed areas,being the nation's first and largest completely artificial city built in the early 1990s. Many high-rise luxury condos moved in the early 2000s,with a second planned city built in the late 2000s called Pangyo in the same district. Apartment prices are the second highest in Gyeonggi-do after Gwacheon and 7th highest nationwide,higher than many central Seoul districts such as Mapo-gu or Jongno-gu. Apartments around Pangyo station and the high-rise luxury condos around Jeongja station and Sunae station rival prices in the most expensive areas in the country. Unlike older cities such as Seoul,Bundang has no telephone poles overground,resulting in a clean cityscape with well-designed streets.
The Capital Region First Ring Expressway (Formerly as Seoul Ring Expressway) (Expressway No.100) (Korean: 수도권제1순환고속도로;RR: Sudogwon Je1sunhwan Gosokdoro) is an expressway,circular beltway or ring road around Seoul,South Korea. It connects satellite cities around Seoul,Ilsan,Namyangju,Hanam,Pyeongchon,Jungdong,Bundang,Pangyo,Sanbon and Gimpo. The expressway runs 127.6 km. Seoul Ring Expressway is currently under construction to widen the expressway between Anhyeon Junction to Seongnam which is expected to be finished in 2016.
Seohyeon-dong refers to two of the 19 dongs of Bundang-gu,Seongnam,South Korea,Seohyeon-1-dong and Seohyeon-2-dong. The total area is 8.36 km²,with a population of 52,950,32,686 in Seohyeon-1-dong (7.57 km²)[](May 2014) and 20,264 in Seohyeon-2-dong (0.79 km²)[](May 2014). SuseoStation is a railroad station on the Suin–Bundang Line and Line 3 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. The station is in the Suseo neighborhood of the Gangnam District in Seoul,South Korea. Prior to the Line 3 extension to Ogeum station in 2010,Suseo Station was the southeastern terminus of Line 3. Along with Yangjae station,Suseo Station serves as an important transfer point between Line 3 and buses from/to southern cities such as Seongnam,Yongin,and Suwon.
Guro District (Guro-gu) is a district of Seoul,South Korea,which was separated from Yeongdeungpo District on April 1,1980. Located in the southwestern part of the city,where besides Yangcheon District and Geumcheon District Guro District has an important position as a transport link which contains railroads,land routes from the rest of Seoul to the south of the country. Incheon Station is the western terminus railway station of the Suin–Bundang and Gyeongin lines of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. The station is in the Bukseong neighborhood of the Jung District in Incheon,South Korea and is approximately 20 kilometers west of Seoul. Established in 1899 under the Korean Empire as Chemulpo Station,Incheon Station is the oldest train station in the Seoul Capital Area. During the Japanese occupation of Korea,the station was briefly named Hainchon Station and the original station building was destroyed during the Korean War. Service for the old Suin Line began in 1937 and ended in 1995;the new Suin Line was extended to the station in 2016. Service for the Gyeongin Line began in 1974.
Suji-gu (Korean: 수지구),or Suji,is one of the three city districts in Yongin City,South Korea which is approximately 29 km south of Seoul. Suji became a city district on October 31,2005,about nine years after Yongin officially became a city. When Yongin City was established in 1996,both urban and rural areas were covered to become a part of the city;thus to this day,Yongin's urbanization is varied throughout different regions of the city. Suji is one of the most urbanized areas of Yongin,as it borders Seongnam City's Bundang District and Suwon City,two more well developed areas. The Suseo–Pyeongtaek high-speed railway,also known as Suseo–Pyeongtaek HSR,is a high-speed rail line from Suseo station in southeast Seoul to a junction with the existing Gyeongbu high-speed railway in South Korea. The line was built to ensure southeast Seoul and southern Gyeonggi-do have high-speed rail connections.
Korea Land and Housing Corporation real estate scandal is a suspicion that some employees of Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) have speculatively purchased land worth 10 billion won in Gwangmyeong and Siheung. The land is in the new towns' business areas,per the Moon Jae-in government's third New Town plan.
