Kristan "Kris Fade" Fahd (born 27 February 1980 Sydney, Australia) is an Australian-Lebanese radio presenter, host, and musician.

He is the star of his own breakfast radio show called "The Kris Fade Show" [1] [2] which airs on 104.4 Virgin Radio Dubai [3] and the KIIS Network in Australia. [4] Fade is also a cast member on the reality television show, Dubai Bling (2022), the first such show based out of Dubai.

Career

Fade began his radio career at Sydney's The Edge 96.ONE driving around the street team's car and setting up for local promotions.[ citation needed ]

Fade has won awards for 'Best Radio DJ', 'Best Personality' and is on the Ahlan! list for the 'Hot 100 Legends.' [5] Fade has performed at various concerts and events including Dubai Music Week and RedfestDXB. [6]

Personal life

Fade's parents George and Gilda Fahd are both from Lebanon and have lived in Australia prior to having children.[ citation needed ]

In 2018 Fade divorced his ex-wife Marriane Argy, with whom he has two children. Fade married his wife Brianna Ramirez Fade in March 2022. They had a public wedding that was shown on the Netflix reality show, Dubai Bling. [7] Fade has three children. [8]

His brother Matty Fahd is featured on the Australian version of the British observational reality show Gogglebox , which airs on Foxtel and Network 10. [9]

On Air with Ryan Seacrest is a weekday syndicated radio program hosted by Ryan Seacrest. It was launched in 2004 as a drive time show at the same time on Los Angeles Top 40 station 102.7 KIIS-FM as the television show with the same name, although Seacrest had hosted a similar show in afternoon drive time on sister station Star 98.7 KYSR from 1995 until 2003. The TV series ran for several months in 2004, but nationwide syndication of the radio program did not start until 2008. While Seacrest hosted his Los Angeles show in the morning, the syndicated show's affiliates aired it in middays or afternoons. The syndicated show took segments from Seacrest's live Los Angeles wake up show and packaged them with music, so listeners in other cities could hear them later in the day or the following day. The premise of the series surrounds couples being awarded money to fund their wedding ceremony; however, every aspect of the ceremony must be organised by the groom, with no contact with the bride. The Heavy Is the Head Tour was the second concert tour by British rapper Stormzy, staged in support of his second studio album, Heavy Is the Head (2019). The tour began on 7 February 2020 at the RedfestDXB festival in Dubai, and was scheduled to conclude on 10 October of the same year in Lagos, Nigeria. The tour was officially announced in November 2019, with additional dates published on 6 December 2019. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the tour was suspended at the start of March 2020 and resumed with 15 dates in the UK and Ireland in March and April of 2022.
