Krishna Teja Junior College is an educational institute in Tirupati, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh, India. It was founded in 2003 by C.V.S. Krishnamurthy Teja Charities.
The college shares a campus with Krishna Teja Public School, Pharmacy College, Degree College, and Dental College. [1]

It was remade in Kannada as Rajani with Upendra, in Bengali as Awara starring Jeet and Sayantika Banerjee and also in Bangladeshi Bangla as Prem Prem Paglaami (2013) starring Bappy Chowdhury and Achol. In 2013 movie was dubbed in Hindi under the title Krishna: The Power of Earth. It was dubbed in Bhojpuri as Krishna The Great. This film has brought some fame to the noted Tamil actor Kadhal Dhandapani in Telugu.
Kapila Theertham is a small Shaivite temple and theertham, located at Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, India. The idol of Shiva is believed to have been installed by Kapila, so Shiva here is referred to as Kapileswara.

Rallapalli Ananta Krishna Sharma was a noted composer of Carnatic music, singer, Telugu litterateur, teacher and Sanskrit scholar. He was responsible for discovering, cataloguing and putting to music many forgotten compositions of Annamacharya. These compositions composed hundreds of years earlier came back to life thanks to Sharma's efforts and successive singers like S. P. Balasubramanyam and M. S. Subbalakshmi would sing many of them, hence popularising them. Sharma authored prose works like Vemana, Natakopanyasamulu,Ganakale,Sahitya Mattu Jeevana Kale and Saraswatalokamu. Rallapalli Ananta Krishna Sharma translated 395 Gathas from original Prakrit into Telugu language titled Shalivahana Gatha Sapta Saramu in 1931. Sharma is the recipient of Central Sangeet & Natak Academy Fellowship (1973), Gana Kala Sindhu (1961), Gana Kala Prapoorna (1969), Sangeeta Kala Ratna (1974) and Sangeeta Sahitya Asthan Vidwan honours with an Honorary Doctorate from TTD University, Andhra Pradesh.
Varasudu (transl. Heir) is a 1993 Indian Telugu-language action film, produced by D. Kishore under the Sri Jayabheri Art Productions banner, presented by Murali Mohan, directed by E. V. V. Satyanarayana and cinematography by Chota K. Naidu. It stars Nagarjuna, Nagma and Krishna, with music composed by M. M. Keeravani. It is a remake of the Hindi film Phool Aur Kaante (1991) which is loosely based on the Malayalam film Parampara (1990). The film was a commercial success. The film completed a 200 day theatrical run.

The film was produced by Chanti Addala and Sreenivasa Reddy and released on December 21, 2000. The original story itself is based on Shakespeare's play Taming of the Shrew.
