Drishyam (transl. Visual) is a 2015 Indian Hindi-language crime thriller film directed by Nishikant Kamat. It is a remake of the 2013 Malayalam film Drishyam. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Ishita Dutta and Rishab Chadha. It was released on 31 July 2015 and emerged as a critical and commercial success, earning over ₹111 crores worldwide. A sequel titled Drishyam 2 was released in 2022. Later in 2022, the film was released in China, earning $4.05 million pushing its worldwide total over ₹147 crores.
Tanu Weds Manu Returns is a 2015 Indian romantic comedy film directed by Aanand L. Rai which is a sequel to the 2011 film Tanu Weds Manu. R. Madhavan, Kangana Ranaut, Jimmy Sheirgill, Deepak Dobriyal, Swara Bhaskar and Eijaz Khan reprise their roles from the original film. Ranaut also portrays the additional role of a Haryanvi athlete in it. The story, screenplay and the dialogues were written by Himanshu Sharma. The soundtrack and film score were composed by Krsna Solo and the lyrics were penned by Rajshekhar. Saroj Khan and Bosco–Caesar were the film's choreographers while the editing was done by Hemal Kothari.
Tiger Zinda Hai is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language spy action-thriller film written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar from a story by Zafar and Neelesh Misra; produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. The film is the sequel to Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and the second installment in the YRF Spy Universe. The film stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprising their roles from the predecessor alongside Sajjad Delafrooz, Angad Bedi, Kumud Mishra, Nawab Shah, Ivan Rodrigues, Girish Karnad and Paresh Rawal. Sooryavanshi is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language action film written and directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Reliance Entertainment, Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films. The fourth installment of Shetty's Cop Universe, it stars Akshay Kumar in the title role as ATS chief DCP Veer Sooryavanshi opposite Katrina Kaif, with Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh also returning as Singham and Simmba. Major is a 2022 Indian biographical action-thriller film directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka with story and screenplay by Adivi Sesh. Cricket action was choreographed and directed by Rob Miller of ReelSports. It stars Shahid Kapoor as a former cricketer who returns to the game for his son's wish of buying a Jersey T- Shirt, alongside Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapoor. The film is produced by Geetha Arts, Dil Raju Production, Sithara Entertainments and Brat Films.
Gangubai Kathiawadi is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language biographical crime drama film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and produced by Bhansali and Jayantilal Gada. The film marks Pritam's third collaboration with Basu after Gangster (2006) and Life in a... Metro (2007). The album was under-development, when the film was in post-production stage and was completed only by early-August 2012. All the tracks in the film expresses the feelings of Kapoor's character.
Jalsa is an Indian 2022 Hindi-language thriller film directed by Suresh Triveni. It is produced by T-Series and Abundantia Entertainment. The film stars Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah. It premiered on Amazon Prime Video on 18 March 2022. It received positive reviews, with praise directed towards the cast.
