Tshering Choden is an archer from Bhutan who competed at the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics.
Bhutan sent a delegation to compete at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia from 15 September to 1 October 2000. This was the Kingdom's fifth appearance at a Summer Olympic Games. The delegation to Sydney consisted of two archers, Jubzhang Jubzhang and Tshering Chhoden. Both Jubzhang and Choden did not advance past the round of 64 in their respective matches.

Princess AshiKesang Choden Wangchuck, is a member of the royal family of Bhutan. HIV/AIDS in Bhutan remains a relatively rare disease among its population. It has, however, grown into an issue of national concern since Bhutan's first reported case in 1993. Despite preemptive education and counseling efforts, the number of reported HIV/AIDS cases has climbed since the early 1990s. Khendum Choden is a poet, author, and the first Bhutanese Ph.D. graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). She is the daughter of a diplomat from the Kingdom of Bhutan and has also lived in Bangladesh, India and the United States. She was educated at Yangchenphug Higher Secondary School, then in Humanities High School in New York, USA, graduating in 2001. She started a course in Business Management and Economics in Stony Brook University, graduating in 2005, and has a doctoral degree in International Business/ Information Systems from UTEP. She was awarded the UTEP Dodson Fellowship and the Marcus Jonathan Hunt Graduate Fellowship.
AumDorji Choden is a Bhutanese politician. She was appointed minister of Bhutan's Works and Human Settlement Ministry in 2013, making her the first woman to serve as a minister in Bhutanese cabinet.
Ashi Kesang Choden is the Queen Grandmother of Bhutan and the widow of the late Jigme Dorji Wangchuck. She participates in royal duties of her own accord. She is the only queen grandmother in the world. In Bhutan she is called The Royal Grandmother.
Bhutan competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, which was held from 5 to 21 August, 2016. The country's participation in Rio de Janeiro marked its ninth appearance in the Summer Olympics since its début at the 1984 Summer Olympics. The delegation included two female athletes, Karma in the women's individual archery tournament and Kunzang Lenchu in the women's 10 metre air rifle shooting contest. Both qualified for the Games through wildcard places because they did not match the required qualification standards. Karma was selected as the flag bearer for the opening ceremony while Lenchu held it at the closing ceremony. Karma was eliminated at the Round of 64 while Lenchu exited the competition after the shooting qualification round.
