Labo National High School (Labo NHS or LNHS) is a secondary school located at Barangay Labo, Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines. Along with Labo Central School, these are the only educational institutions in Labo.

Most of the students are coming from Labo and the nearby barangays in Ozamiz City and Clarin.

History

The school was founded in the 1980s, with Mr. Elias Lasala Penaco as its founder.

Labo Airport, also known as Ozamiz Airport, is an airport serving the general area of the city of Ozamiz in the Philippines. It is the only airport in the province of Misamis Occidental. The airport is classified as a community airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, a body of the Department of Transportation that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but also of all other airports in the Philippines except the major international airports. It is one of only two community airports in the Philippines with commercial operations, but one of the busiest in Mindanao in terms of aircraft movement and passenger traffic.

The Misamis Occidental Provincial Board is the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Philippine province of Misamis Occidental.

At dawn of Sunday, July 30, 2017, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) and the Ozamiz City police conducted a simultaneous raid in the house of the Parojinogs in Ozamiz and other associated properties, leaving 15 persons killed, including incumbent Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog and his wife. Another member of the Parojinog family died in the hospital three days after the raid. Parojinog is the third mayor to be killed during the course of country's war on drugs after Rolando Espinosa of Albuera, Leyte eight months prior and Samsudin Dimaukom of Datu Saudi-Ampatuan, Maguindanao nine months prior.

The Ozamiz Airport Road, also known as the Gango Airport Road or Labo Airport Road is a 2-kilometer (1.2 mi), national secondary road in Misamis Occidental, Philippines. It connects the Ozamiz Airport from Ozamiz–Oroquieta Road. The entire road is designated as National Route 959 (N959) of the Philippine highway network.
