Ibitoru I.B. Green, better known as Lady IB, is a singer from Bonny, Rivers State, Nigeria. She was elected Chair of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria Rivers State Branch in 2013, and is the second woman, after Muma Gee, to hold the position. [1] [2] [3] After serving for about a year, she was re-elected to the same office for a second term. She has worked with artists such as Daniel Wilson, King Sunny Brown, Don Bruce, Geraldo Pino and Prince David Bull, among others. [4]

Port Harcourt Metropolis in Rivers, Nigeria

Port Harcourt is the capital and largest city of Rivers State, Nigeria. It is the fifth-largest city in Nigeria after Lagos, Kano, Ibadan and Benin City. It lies along the Bonny River and is located in the Niger Delta. As of 2016, the Port Harcourt urban area has an estimated population of 1,865,000 inhabitants, up from 1,382,592 as of 2006.

Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly known as Majek Fashek was a Nigerian singer-songwriter and guitarist. His 1988 album Prisoner of Conscience included the single "Send Down the Rain", which won won six PMAN Music Awards. Government of Rivers State

The Government of Rivers State consists of elected representatives and appointed officials responsible for the government of Rivers State, Nigeria. Rivers State has a population of about 5 million people, and is one of the 36 states that make up the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The state government is composed of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, whose powers are vested by the Constitution in the House of Assembly, the Governor and the High Court. The judiciary operates independently of the executive and the legislature. At the local level, elected officials are in charge of local government areas.

Christy Essien-Igbokwe Nigerian actress and singer

Christy Uduak Essien-Igbokwe, MFR was a Nigerian musician and actress. Called "Nigeria's Lady of Songs", she was known for her songs "Seun Rere" Tete Nula, Ife, Hear the Call and Give me a Chance. She was the first female president of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), and the chairwoman and managing director of Soul Train Entertainment.

Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria is an organisation founded by Christy Essien-Igbokwe and Sunny Okosun in 1984 to guide, protect and promote the interests of musicians in the west African nation of Nigeria. Authorized by the government of Nigeria under the Trade Unions Act, the organisation also has the responsibility to regulate the practice of music profession in the country.

Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, on the north end of the city in the Omagwa neighbourhood. The stadium is named after Adokiye Amiesimaka, a former player with Nigeria's National football team who was among the squad that won the African Nations Cup in 1980, former Chairman of Sharks Football club and a former Attorney General of Rivers State. The Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria Rivers State Branch is an organization existing to promote the music profession and oversee the welfare of musicians in Rivers State, Nigeria. It is the state affiliate of the national Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN). Its state headquarters are in Port Harcourt.

Caroline Danjuma, known previously as Caroline Ekanem, is a Nigerian actress. She made her screen debut in 2004, starring in some of Chico Ejiro's popular films. After a hiatus from the film industry, she made a comeback in 2016, producing and starring in the romantic thriller Stalker.

Tony Okoroji is a Nigerian musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, author and intellectual property activist. He was elected President of Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) in 1989 and later became the Chairman of Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON). Okoroji became popular in the Nigerian music scene in the 1970s when he released albums such as Juliana, Locomotion and Akataka with a number of hit songs including Oh no Baby, Big big sugar daddy, Happy music and Oriaku. He was the producer of artistes such as King Sunny Ade and Onyeka Onwenu. In 2016, Okoroji established his own record label, TOPs Record. In 2017, Okoroji was honoured with Professional Excellence in Entertainment Industry award by Business Hallmark magazine People of the Year.
