Lake Pleasant is a lake located in Clallam County, Washington, United States. The lake is one of the few that are surrounded by private property and is open to fishing all year around. Types of fish at Lake Pleasant are rainbow trout, kokanee, catfish. Salmon spawn in the lake each year. Water activities such as swimming, jet skiing, water skiing are also allowed on the lake year round. The lake is located near the town of Beaver, Washington Between milepost 200 and 202 on U.S. Route 101.

Steamboat Rock State Park is a 3,522-acre (1,425 ha) Washington state park located near the north end of Banks Lake in the Grand Coulee. The park takes its name from the landscape's dominating feature, Steamboat Rock, a basalt butte that rises 800 feet (240 m) above the lake which nearly completely surrounds it. The butte's plateau covers more than 600 acres (240 ha) and was used by nomadic Native American tribes and by early settlers. During the last ice age, the monolith stood as an island in the new bed of the Columbia River where it had been diverted by ice dams. Once the dams burst creating massive floods and the Scablands, the Columbia returned to its original course, leaving Steamboat Rock as a prominent feature of the dry Grand Coulee.

Lake Wenatchee State Park is a public recreation area located at the eastern end of Lake Wenatchee, a glacier- and snowmelt-fed lake in the Wenatchee National Forest on the eastern slopes of the Cascades Mountain Range in the state of Washington. The state park covers 492 acres (199 ha) split into two parts—the north shore park and the south shore park—separated by the Wenatchee River. The park is managed by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission.

Pearrygin Lake State Park is a public recreation area in the Methow Valley located two miles (3.2 km) east of Winthrop in Okanogan County, Washington. The state park covers 1,186 acres (480 ha) that almost entirely surround Pearrygin Lake, giving it 11,000 feet (3,400 m) of shoreline. Park activities include camping, boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, and cross-country skiing. The park's hiking trails include the 3.1-mile (5.0 km) Rex Derr trail, which is named for a former director of the State Parks and Recreation Commission.

The recreation area is home to the 410-acre (170 ha) Pleasant Creek Lake. Both the lake and the park were formed in the 1960s to provide eastern Iowa with a large recreational lake.
