The Deluxe Edition of Last Embrace is an LP album, released on November 2, 2008. It combines the tracks from the previous EPs, Last Embrace and Only Seconds . New material includes three live acoustic versions of previously released songs and a new song, "Home".

Songs from Northern Britain is the sixth studio album by Scottish alternative rock band Teenage Fanclub. Produced by David Bianco and the group themselves, the album was released on 29 July 1997 through Creation Records. Teenage Fanclub's previous album, Grand Prix, had been seen as a comeback in their home of the UK, though its success elsewhere was limited. With more time and resources, the band recorded Songs from Northern Britain—a tongue-in-cheek title referring to their native Scotland—with producer David Bianco in Surrey. The record's lyrical themes focus heavily on love and domestic life. The album was completed at London's Air Studios, and its accompanying artwork was taken by photographer Donald Milne around the Scottish Highlands.

Northern Room

Northern Room was a rock band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. In 2006, Northern Room were the winner, among over 100 bands, of a contest to open for Bon Jovi at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee. The band opened for The Gufs on the latter's reunion tour late in 2006. Early in 2007, the group released its second EP, Only Seconds. They were signed in Japan to BM3 Records in 2007. The group disbanded after Andrew Jonathan decided to leave the band. Northern Room had been working on new material before announcing their breakup and claimed that they may decide to release these unreleased songs by the end of 2008. However, only the single "Blacklight" was released in that time frame. Northern Room played their final show on November 8, 2008.
