Laura Daniel (born 25 November 1990) is an actress and comedian from New Zealand.
She currently reports on television show Seven Sharp . Previously, she has starred in the television series Funny Girls and Jono and Ben . [1]
She has also worked on 7 Days . [2] She was the voice of Riley in the animated television series The Barefoot Bandits and has performed in theater and musical theater productions. Daniel also sang "This Is For My Girls" with Teuila Blakely, Daisy Lawless, Lucy Lawless, Saraid Cameron, Kimberley Crossman, Kura Forrester, and Ilah Cooper.
Daniel won series 2 of Taskmaster New Zealand in 2021. [3] The same year she appeared on the panel show Patriot Brains .
She is a big fan of the Eurovision Song Contest and has campaigned for New Zealand to take part. [4]
In 2023, Daniel appeared on Guy Montgomery's Guy Mont-Spelling Bee .
She is in a relationship with fellow comedian Joseph Moore [5] with whom she performs as the comedy duo Two Hearts. [2] The couple were married in December 2022. [6]

Jono and Ben, previously titled Jono and Ben at Ten, was a satirical news and entertainment show hosted by Jono Pryor and Ben Boyce in New Zealand. The show aired on Three on Thursday nights at 7:30pm, and was filmed the night before in their studios in Epsom. The show combined pre-filmed comedy sketches, pranks and parodies, linked together by segments filmed in front of a small studio audience. A third presenter, Guy Williams sat in a chair to the right of the stage and provided comic foil for the hosts. In 2015 the show moved from 10pm to 7:30pm and was extended to run for an hour; due to the timeslot change, the show was renamed Jono and Ben.
