Lauren Cahoon Hamon (born January 20, 1985 [1] ) is an Olympic-style Taekwondo martial artist. Lauren was a competitor in MTV2's Final Fu reality TV show, but dropped out after deciding that she didn't agree with the way sparring was being run.[ citation needed ]
Dae Sung Lee is a Korean-American master of taekwondo who holds the rank of 7th dan. Lee is a 10-time US national taekwondo team member and two-time Olympic coach. He served as taekwondo coach for the US Summer Olympic team in 1992.
Steve Mocco is an American former amateur wrestler, judoka and mixed martial artist. As a collegiate wrestler, he was a two-time NCAA national champion, four-time finalist, and was awarded the Dan Hodge Trophy. In freestyle, he represented the US at the Olympics and was a three-time Pan American Champion. As an MMA fighter, he most notably competed at the WSOF. He is currently a coach at both combat sports, being one of the main coaches at MMA powerhouse American Top Team and an assistant wrestling coach at Lehigh University.
Nia Nicole Abdallah is the 2004 Olympic silver medalist and the first U.S. woman to officially medal in taekwondo at the Olympic Games. In 2007, Abdallah was inducted into the Taekwondo Hall of Fame.

USA Taekwondo (USAT) is the national governing body (NGB) of Taekwondo for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and thus the United States' official Member National Association of World Taekwondo USAT has complete authority over all decisions regarding US national junior and senior team selections for World Taekwondo events, including the Summer Olympic Games Taekwondo competition event.
Soren Hunter Miles S Thompson is an American épée fencer, team world champion, and two-time Olympian. He represented the United States in the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece, where he reached the quarterfinals and came in 7th, the best US result in the event since 1956 and at the time the second-best US result of all time. He also represented the US in the 2012 Olympics in London. Thompson won a gold medal and world championship in the team épée event at the 2012 World Fencing Championships. He was inducted into the USA Fencing Hall of Fame in 2018, and the Southern California Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2020.
The United States of America (USA), represented by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. Mark López Mendieta is an American taekwondo practitioner. Mark represented the United States in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. He advanced to the men's -68 kg Gold Medal Match where he lost to Korea's Tae-Jin Son on a last second hit, giving him the silver medal. Along with his brother Steven and his sister Diana, he won a gold medal at the 2005 World Taekwondo Championships.

Clarissa Kyoko Mei Ling Chun (陳美玲) is the head coach of the Iowa Hawkeyes Women's wrestling program, formerly, the USA Wrestling assistant National coach and an American Olympic women's freestyle 48 kg (105.5 lbs) wrestler. Chun was the first female wrestler from Hawaii to win a medal at the Olympics. She was inducted into the 2018 Hawaii Sports Hall of Fame and 2022 National Wrestling Hall of Fame as a Distinguished Member.
Diana López is an American Olympic Taekwondo competitor from Sugar Land, Texas. She represented the United States at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, where she won a bronze medal.
Trevor Neville is an athlete in the sport of Taekwondo from the United States. Neville trains under Guy, Jason and Justin Poos. His home and his gym, Poos Taekwondo, are located in Edmond, OK. Poos Taekwondo is a Progression Sports member. He is attending San Juan Physical Therapy Assistant school in Farmington, NM and has a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Oklahoma University of Central Oklahoma. He fights in the Light weight division (-162 lbs/-72 kg) and Olympic Light/Welter weight division (-176 lbs/-76 kg). Once ranked 7th in the world, as of October 1, 2009 Trevor is ranked 16th in the world in his respective weight division.
Tim Thackrey is a retired taekwondo athlete for the USA & current strength & conditioning coach for Olympians & professional athletes. He was a seven-time US National Team Member in the flyweight class from 2000 through 2007. Notably, he won a gold medal at the 2003 Pan American Games and a bronze medal at the 2003 World Championships. He was a resident athlete at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO from 2001-2003. In 2006, he was named USA Taekwondo's Male Athlete of the Year.

Melissa Pagnotta is a Canadian taekwondo fighter. Pagnotta participated at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, becoming the first Ontario representative in that sport. She qualified to the 2016 Olympics by winning Silver at the Pan Am Olympic Qualification event in Aguascalientes Mexico. Pagnotta saw success at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara where she won gold in the lightweight class. She won a silver at the 2015 World Grand Prix in Moscow losing a close match to Korea in sudden death. She has won the Pan Am Championships 4x and Commonwealth Championships 3x. She is coached by Canadian National team coach Edward Fong in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Jordan Lucella Elizabeth Chiles is an American artistic gymnast. She won a bronze medal in the Women’s Artistic Individual Floor and gold medal in the Women's Artistic Team All-Around at the 2024 Paris Olympics, having previously won a silver medal in the same event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She was a member of the team that won gold at the 2022 World Championships. Individually, she is 2022 World vault silver medalist and floor silver medalist. She has been a member of the United States women's national gymnastics team since 2013. In NCAA Gymnastics, Chiles competes for the UCLA Bruins gymnastics team, where she has won two Pac-12 titles and two NCAA championships.
