Lawton Jacobs (born 16 May 1961) is a South African former cricketer. He played in twenty-four first-class and three List A matches for Boland from 1973/74 to 1988/89. [1]

Boland is a first-class cricket team that nominally represents the Boland region, in the South African province of Western Cape, in the CSA Provincial Competitions. The team is selected and supported by the Boland Cricket Board (BCB) and plays its home games at Boland Park in Paarl. At organisational level, the BCB is responsible for the administration and development of cricket in the region and among its primary functions are management and promotion of the Boland team. The current BCB was founded in 1992 as a merger between the Boland Cricket Union and an earlier Boland Cricket Board.

Leighshe Zanell Jacobs is a South African former cricketer who played primarily as a right-arm leg break bowler. She played two Test matches for South Africa in 2003. She played domestic cricket for Western Province and Boland.

Scott Michael Boland is an Australian international cricketer. A right-arm fast-medium bowler, he also plays domestically for Victoria and the Melbourne Stars. Boland is one of a handful of indigenous Australians to be selected to play for Australia at international level and, as of December 2021, is only the second male Aboriginal player to have played Test cricket for Australia, after Jason Gillespie. He was a member of the Australian team that won the 2023 ICC World Test Championship final, where he took the match-winning catch of Mohammed Siraj.

He made his List A debut for Boland in the 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge on 23 October 2016. He made his first-class debut for Boland in the 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup on 27 October 2016.

The 2016–17 CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge was a List A cricket competition that took place in South Africa from 9 October 2016 to 2 April 2017. The competition was played between the thirteen South African provincial teams and Namibia. The tournament was played in parallel with the 2016–17 Sunfoil 3-Day Cup, a first-class competition which featured the same teams.
