LebanonCounty is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 143,257. Its county seat is the city of Lebanon. It lies 72 miles northwest of Philadelphia, which is the nearest major city. The county is part of the South Central Pennsylvania region of the state.

Its northern terminus is at Interstate 81 (I-81) at the southern edge of the Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation. The route passes through rural areas along with the community of Annville in between. Along its routing, PA 934 intersects US 422 in Annville and US 22 in the East Hanover Township hamlet of Harper Tavern.
