Lee W. Graber (born 1946) is an American Orthodontist who is the recipient of the Albert H. Ketcham Award in 2012. He also co-authored the textbook Orthodontics: Current Principles and Techniques along with his father Thomas M. Graber. [1] He is a past president of World Federation of Orthodontists.
He received his dental degree from University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He also received his master's degree in Anatomy from Michigan Dental School. He then pursued his PhD in Growth and Development at University of Michigan also. He received his Orthodontic Training at Northwestern University Dental School. Dr. Graber is co-editor of the 6th edition of the textbook Orthodontics: Current Principles and Techniques. The initial edition of this textbook was written by his late father, Dr. T.M. Graber. [2]
He currently practices at a private practice in Illinois, with his daughter. They have offices in Vernon Hills and Glenview.

Robert Hallock Wright Strang was an American orthodontist. He was the first specialist in orthodontics in the state of Connecticut and practiced in Bridgeport for many years.
Albert H. Ketcham was an American orthodontist and a past president of the American Society of Orthodontists.
Robert Edison Moyers was an American Orthodontist who was the founder of the Center of Human Growth and Development (CHGD) at University of Michigan and Chair of its Orthodontic Program for 28 years. He made significant contributions towards orthodontics through the development of CHGD and interdisciplinary research involving craniofacial biology. He is credited for developing the Moyer's Mixed Dentition Analysis.
Joseph R. Jarabak was an American Orthodontist of Czechoslovakian origin. He was chair of Orthodontic Program at Loyola University Chicago Orthodontic Program and has made many contributions to orthodontics over the years, one of them being Jarabak Analysis which was developed in 1972. Jarabak Analysis is one of the Cephalometric analysis that interprets how the craniofacial growth may affect the pre and post treatment dentition.
Wendell L. Wylie was an American orthodontist who served as a President of American Board of Orthodontics and the Chief Editor for The Angle Orthodontist Journal.
William B. Downs was an American orthodontist who is known for developing the first cephalometric analysis for orthodontics, the Downs analysis.
David L. Turpin is an American Orthodontist who was the Editor-in Chief for The Angle Orthodontist from 1988 to 1999 and American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from 1999 to 2010.
Thomas M. Graber was an American orthodontist known for his contributions to the field of orthodontics. Graber wrote 28 books on orthodontics and dental anatomy. He also wrote chapters in more than 20 books and over 175 published articles.
Jacob Amos Salzmann (1901–1992) was an American orthodontist who is known for developing an assessment index for determining malocclusion. This index has been adopted by ADA Council of Dental Health, the Council on Dental Care Programs, and by the American Association of Orthodontists.
Lester Levern Merrifield was an American orthodontist was a previous President of Charles H. Tweed Foundation and he was known for his contributions in developing the Tweed-Merrifield philosophy with the Edgewise brackets during 1950s.

Katherine Vig is an American orthodontist who is the first woman to receive the Albert H. Ketcham Award in Orthodontics in 2009 in the award's 80-year history. Vig is also the past president of American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.

Most important contributions were related to his development of Ricketts' Cephalometric Analysis and an .018-inch slot in an orthodontic bracket. His research focused on the growth and structural variation of the face and jaws.
Earl Emanuel Shepard was an American Orthodontist who is known for his contributions in the field of Orthodontics. He was Director of American Board of Orthodontics for 10 years. American Association of Orthodontics has an award named after Dr. Shepard which is given every year to Orthodontists who have shown distinguished service in the field of Orthodontics.
Alfred Paul Rogers was an American Orthodontist who was considered as the Father of the Myofunctional Therapy in Orthodontics. He was the President of American Association of Orthodontists and American Academy of Dental Sciences. He was also instrumental in forming the American Board of Orthodontics.
Kaare Reitan was a Norwegian orthodontist who was instrumental in introducing through his histological research experiments the responses of tissues to orthodontic tooth movement. His experiments set a foundation for future research on the effects on surrounding tissues of teeth by the mechanical forces of orthodontics. He was a recipient of Albert H. Ketcham Award.
Reed Holdaway was an American orthodontist who is known for developing the Holdaway soft tissue analysis. He was past president of the American Board of Orthodontists and Rocky Mountain Association of Orthodontists.
