To be eligible for admission into Lens Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, applicants must have five credit passes in west Africa examination council(WAEC), or National Examination council (NECO), Or NABTEB, Including English, mathematics and must also meet the required cut off mark, for Joint Admission matriculation Board exam(JAMB) for the year.
