Roompot–Charles was a Dutch UCI Professional Continental men's cycling team. The team's principal sponsor was Roompot Vakanties, a Dutch holiday company. The team's first season was the 2015 cycling season, during which the team was invited to participate in UCI World Tour races including the 2015 Eneco Tour and the 2015 Tour of Flanders, as well as various other spring classics races. The team only hired Dutch cyclists, the most prominent of whom was Johnny Hoogerland. Roompot's debut race was the 2015 Vuelta a Mallorca stage race. The team's first win came in August 2015 in the Tour du Limousin, where Maurits Lammertink won a bunch sprint.
Maurits Lammertink is a Dutch cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Intermarché–Circus–Wanty in road racing, and UCI Cyclo-cross team Tormans, in cyclo-cross. In 2016, he won the overall classification of the Tour de Luxembourg ahead of Philippe Gilbert and Alex Kirsch. In June 2017, he was named in the startlist for the Tour de France. In May 2018, he was named in the startlist for the Giro d'Italia.
Jesper Asselman is a Dutch former professional racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2009 and 2020, for the Van Vliet–EBH Elshof, Rabobank Continental Team, Team Raiko–Stölting, Roompot–Charles and Metec–TKH teams. During the 2015 Eneco Tour, and after spending two consecutive days in the breakaway and winning bonus seconds, Asselman moved into the overall lead of the race.
Oscar Riesebeek is a Dutch cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Alpecin–Deceuninck.
Senne Leysen is a Belgian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Alpecin–Deceuninck. He is the son of retired cyclist Bart Leysen.
