Doug Lazy is an American hip hop and dance music producer and DJ from Washington, D.C. Lazy scored a number of hip house hits in the late 1980s and early 1990s on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart, including three #1s: "Let It Roll", "Let the Rhythm Pump", and "H.O.U.S.E.". In 1990, Ben E. King and Bo Diddley featuring Lazy recorded a rap version of the Monotones' 1958 hit song "Book of Love" for the soundtrack of the movie, Book of Love.

X-Press 2 are an English electronic dance music duo. The members are DJ Diesel and DJ Rocky. Ashley Beedle left to pursue solo projects in 2009. They were DJ Award winners in 2002 and Ivor Novello winners in 2003.

Stephanie (<i>LazyTown</i>) LazyTown character

Stephanie is a fictional character from the English-language and Icelandic-produced children's television show LazyTown. She inspires the citizens of the titular town to stay active. She has pink hair and as such is often referred to as 'Pinky' by the puppet character Trixie. She came to town to visit her uncle, Milford Meanswell, the mayor of LazyTown. Upon meeting the other children, she unsuccessfully attempted to get them to play along as opposed to staying at home playing video games and eating candy. This changed when Stephanie asked for the help of Sportacus. When he finally arrived, the whole town worked together to make LazyTown a more active place to live. Each episode of the show ends with Stephanie performing a song and dance routine to "Bing Bang", the show's ending theme.

"Shake Me, Wake Me " is a song recorded by the American quartet Four Tops for their third studio album, On Top (1966). It was released in February 1966 as a 7" vinyl single through Motown records. It was written and produced by Brian Holland, Lamont Dozier, and Eddie Holland. A gospel rock track, its lyrics detail a relationship that has ended. It has since been regarded as one of Four Tops' most successful singles ever. It charted moderately well in both the United States and Canada, and became the group's fifth consecutive entry to chart within the top five of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Four Tops has performed "Shake Me, Wake Me " on various occasions throughout their careers and have included it on several greatest hits albums, including on The Four Tops Greatest Hits (1967) and The Ultimate Collection (1997).

"212" is the debut single by American rapper Azealia Banks. The musical base of the track is the song "Float My Boat" by Belgian DJ Jef Martens and his brother Toon, who also produced Banks' version. The song was first released on December 6, 2011 in the United Kingdom as the lead single from her 2012 EP 1991, and is also included on her debut studio album Broke with Expensive Taste (2014). The song, released first as a free download, was well received in Europe, charting in the top 20 in the UK and Benelux charts. The song is named after the area code 212 which covers Manhattan, New York where Banks grew up. In September 2011, the song was chosen as the Record of the Week by Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1. Jef Martens, better known by his stage name Basto, is a Belgian record producer, musician and DJ. He primarily produces electro house music, and he is signed to the ARS label. He has produced using various aliases such as Bitch Boys, Candyman, Dirty Bunch, DJ Basik, Felix Project, Jin Sonic, Kings of Porn, and Lazy Jay. He was also a member of the Belgian dance group Lasgo. Martens co-produced with the band in 2009 and 2010 on a number of singles. He is best known for producing the Azealia Banks' hit debut single "212" under the alias of Lazy Jay, together with his brother Toon. He also produced "Scream & Shout" for will.i.am and Britney Spears in 2012.

LazyTown Extra is an Icelandic-British television program produced by LazyTown Entertainment, based on the original series LazyTown. It first aired on 15 September 2008, showing on BBC's CBeebies, along with the original series. In the series, Ziggy travels to various parts of the United Kingdom. The show differed from the original LazyTown series in that it mainly revolved around Ziggy and was approximately ten minutes shorter in length. The series aired its last episode on 28 October 2008. Repeats are no longer shown on CBeebies in the United Kingdom, as the last time it aired was 12 October 2011.

LTS Garðbær Studios is a studio located in Garðabær, Iceland, which succeeded Lazy Shows. The studio's productions included television series LazyTown. The studio was founded in 2003 by Magnús Scheving and his partners Guðmundur Þór Kárason, Raymond P. Le Gué and Ragnheiður Melsteð. In 2011, Turner Broadcasting System acquired LTS and in 2014 Turner moved the studio to the UK. LTS owns Wit Puppets and the creative studio from Le Gué Enterprises BV. As of 2019 the rights to the LazyTown brand are owned by Warner Bros. through its International Television Nordics unit.
