Lewis Sanders (born June 22, 1978) is an American former professional football cornerback. He was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 2000 NFL draft. He played college football at Maryland.
Sanders has also played for the Houston Texans, New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons.
He is only the fourth player in University of Maryland history to return 2 kickoff returns for touchdowns in a career, and he ranks sixth on the Terps’ career-record list with 956 yards on kickoff returns and seventh with 10 interceptions. In 1999, he was an All-American third-team choice by SportsPage.com and The Sporting News , as well as an All-Atlantic Coast Conference first-team selection and a semi-finalist for the Jim Thorpe Award, given to the nation's top defensive back.
Sanders was selected in the 2000 NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns and played with the team through the 2004 season. [3]
He signed with the Houston Texans as a free agent in 2005 and played two years there.
On March 7, 2007, the Atlanta Falcons signed Sanders. He was released by the team following the season on February 15, 2008.
On March 6, 2008, he signed with the New England Patriots.

André N. Davis is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver and kick returner in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Virginia Tech, earning first-team All-American honors in 2000. He was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2002 NFL draft. Davis also played for the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans in his career. While playing for Virginia Tech Davis appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated.

The 2006 NFL draft, the 71st in league history, took place in New York City, New York, at Radio City Music Hall on April 29 and April 30, 2006. For the 27th consecutive year, the draft was telecast on ESPN and ESPN2, with additional coverage offered by ESPNU and, for the first time, by NFL Network.
